Garden Hotel, comfortable living

We like the food,the entertainment,activities. We had appreciated some staffs work such as Maunick cleaning, Chef sunil cuisine and at the bar there are Anmol and Rohan who had always provided good service. At the restaurant, we have the 2 brothers sohail and salman who are doing a great job. We like our small vacation here. Hats off to the team.

Warm welcome#cosy room...spa treatment best ever....... Staffs very nice and welcoming...always ready to help. Buffet could have been in a little more variety. But food was nice....Pool side and indoor games amazing#clean and proper organized.

The most amazing attention was given by Mr Sohail and Salman to me and my friends. We felt very looked after and pampered. They prepared amazing drinks for us. Food was surprisingly good and drinks were amazing. The hotel was small but cosy. The staff was amazing.

Very nice stay good food good entertainment. Special thanks to Mr steeve who was so devoted to.his customers. Will definitely come back and have a nice vacation in a idyllic place with beach and pool and great people around. The children enjoyed the pool and indoor games.

Yesterday I've been to Casuarina Hotel&Spa @Trou aux Biches, Mauritius. for a massage. My experience was just amazing due to Kumary who exuded a positive vibes from start to  finish. She cared genuinely for my comfort throughout my session.  She is very professional and truly made a difference.  I highly recommend her to anyone going to Casuarina Spa @Trou aux Biches,

This place is brilliant! The hotel is a delight with delicious food, awesome staff and an excellent position. The grounds are the best I’ve ever seen. We had a room with a sea view but we would have been equally happy with a garden view. The hotel is much closer to the beach than indicated by on line maps. We loved the size of the hotel. Quite small but big enough for us. The spa is a little oasis and well worth a visit. We had no problems finding poolside tables or sun beds by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant isn’t crowded. Locals visit at the weekend. They were lovely people who helped us to understand the country and it was a privilege to chat to them. There was high quality live entertainment every other night. Very few children there but all of them were polite and well supervised. It’s easy and cheap to take a bus to Grand Bai for a bit more life and shopping. Trips are plentiful. Snorkelling from the beach which has coral within a few meters of shore is fantastic. Bathrooms are a bit out of date but considering all the positives, this wasn’t a problem for us. The animation team are excellent but could use a bit more English. The hotel is trying to organise a bar on the beach but the hotel bar is barely a minute away. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Good service at the bar and restaurant, would be better if waiters smiles a little, head waiter good attitude towards clients. Have spent a nice day and surely will be back soon for more enjoying time here. Food quite good more varieties most welcome

Our stay started with a few challenges, especially around cleanliness and some unhelpful responses from reception. As a family with young children, this was initially disappointing. However, we truly appreciate how things were handled once we raised our concerns. Especially Davison was exceptional — professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making things right. Thanks to him, the situation improved quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Special mention to the animation team — Sabrina, Lisa, Maella and the barman (Salam)- who were absolutely fantastic with both adults and kids. They brought energy, fun, and a personal touch every day. While the start of our stay was rocky, the warmth and professionalism of the team made up for it. Thank you all for your kindness and effort!

Thank you Mr Steeve , he has been so kind to us, and thank you for the cocktail ! Really recommended. The atmosphere so calm , the service 10/10 For the cleanliness as well is clean. The food is so good , the desert much improved. But the veg side is great.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Wonderful location, great food, friendly staff, just a fabulous place to stay! We had a massage treatment in the Spa, very relaxing this hotel is ideally situated for some lovely trips out, and also for shopping.

The service was fantastic by sohail he was the man for our table i wish to be back to the hotel and with the restaurant team who have been train by sohail the restaurant was beuriful the beach was next to us we enjoy so much a great thanks to sohail and his team

Booked a Spa Break and it was amazing and very relaxing. One of the best ive had recently and the staff are super friendly....... The food was ok, dessert was great.. Sohail was super friendly and accommodating. Even his staff are great! Highly recommended ..... 😊,................................. ................
