Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

2. As soon as I parked my car, someone helped me pick up my luggage and get into the hotel. There was my name on the welcome sign in front of the hotel (there was also a name sign in front of the door for breakfast and dinner). I felt very valued; all the waiters were very kind and helpful, and some The waiter is a ********* student who came here for a trial internship, so communication is much easier. The hotel has a shuttle. When you go out for a walk, you can call wtsapp to be picked up at a designated location, which is very convenient.

As soon as we enter the hotel, someone will put away our shoes, and the waiter will take us to the hotel to introduce all facilities, lounges, hot springs, breakfast/dinner locations, yukata giving, etc., and also introduce nearby cafes, restaurants, and check-in slots. , 7 major hot springs outside and other details. 4. There is a pavilion in the room, which is very beautiful, and the photo check-in is excellent; the Japanese room is very spacious, and can accommodate 4 large luggages. One side is a Japanese room for sitting, and the other side is for beds. 5 people need to sleep in the same Japanese room. The two Japanese rooms can be separated by a sliding door. Be a little quieter; when we have dinner, the waiter will help us lay out the tatami. The dinner is very rich, so full that we can't walk, and it is so delicious (there are red snow crab and beef). From what I observed, the waiter at dinner and bed is The same person, the service is still excellent and meticulous, I admire you!
5. The latest dinner we choose is 6:30 (5:30, 6:00 and 6:30pm time slots are selected). There are fireworks to watch just after dinner (9:00pm). The icing on the cake is that they are set off at the station, so we have to go after dinner. Wear a yukata and enjoy the fireworks directly outside the hotel. The 5-minute fireworks are really beautiful, especially at this moment. After the fireworks, you can soak in the hot springs directly in the hotel. Note that the lounge closes at 10:00pm for drinks and snow. Bars are provided, but alcohol is charged. The hotel closes at 12:00am, so if you continue to soak, you can still enjoy the drinks in the lobby (only frozen water, frozen black bean tea and coffee).
6. I went to bed very early after soaking in the hot spring. The hotel opens at 5:30 in the morning, so you can take one more dip in the morning. Breakfast is at 7:30/8:00am, and checkout is at 10:00am after breakfast. Tip: Go to Kinosaki Sea World. If your children want to touch penguins or feed dolphins or related activities, please make a reservation in advance.

The famous hot spring town in Japan has fulfilled my hot spring dream. This Mikuniya surprised me even more! The front is not big, but there is a different world inside. There are four hot spring pools to choose from. The room is unexpectedly spacious and luxurious. I thought the Western-style cottage would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly large. The functional areas are clearly divided and always clean and tidy. Living in the hot spring town, you can also enjoy the treatment of seven large hot springs at will. You can enter and exit at will with a small sign with a QR code. The most important thing is that it is only 200 meters away from the station, which is quite close and super convenient for travel!

GGuest UserAlthough Yinhua Hotel is located far away, the environment is very quiet because of this. The hotel rooms and baths face the river, which makes people feel refreshed. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and guests will feel at home right from the start of the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself also takes good care of its guests. Even on the day of check-out, they will still take the trouble to tidy up the room so that guests can still have a comfortable place to rest before leaving. It is convenient to go to various hot spring tours and the Kinosaki Onsen Cable Car. You need to change your shoes and put on slippers in the hotel lobby, and you can also wear clogs when you leave the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that day. Although it was not check-in time, the staff had already arranged the rooms for all guests that day and moved my suitcase to the room first. When I officially checked in, an elderly lady introduced me to the use of the tatami room, how to wear a yukata, and what to pay attention to when taking a bath in the outdoor hot spring. The hotel also has a hot spring bathing area on the 1st floor. Overall, it was a good experience of traditional Japanese hot spring culture.

Clean, efficient and simple hotel. Daily offer of free snacks or drinks. Washing machine and dryer available downstairs next to reception. Microwave is available for use too.
