Ctrip's first review, no domestic tourist evaluation, the price of taking two breakfasts and two dinners is more than 2,100 yuan a night, dining in the room, children eat adults. Warm service, not early check-in. No Chinese house number, good location, just opposite a soup, next to Komatsu. Japanese-style rooms have no bathroom. The two of us can bring children, and they charge 1,000 yen for children. The price does not include the town hot spring fee and tax, and finally paid 3,580 yen for the soup fee and tax and children's fee when leaving. The room is on the opposite side of the street, with a small toilet, an old house, a sleeping Japanese-style floor, a lot of kaiseki dishes for dinner, some crabs taste good, and beef hot pot is not like to eat, plum wine is good. It costs more than 1,000 yuan more for a meal than a separate room. It feels more expensive than eating outside. It is mainly an experience. There are seven hot springs in the town and four hot springs in the town. The overall feeling is good. This shop does not do word-of-mouth marketing for Chinese people, and often has rooms. The price of bringing meals is also moderate. I don't know how about a store of about 3,000, and there are more than 1,000 with breakfast and dinner. Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

 The hotel has its own hot spring,  service attitude is warm.  facilities are perfect, but not on the hot spring street, the price is reasonable.  Suitable for self-driving travelers.  If you come next time, you can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near to the train station, just 5 to 10 mins walk. The room was clean and tidy. Toilet seat, water basins, refrigerator, hot water boiling machine were provided. Staff prepared the Japanese beds for us in the evening. There were a sitting room, book reading areas, smoking room inthe.public area. Private session for private onsens were provided. A free of charge card for the seven hot springs and city bus was provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The environment was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!

Everything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, ”Oh,” and told me the amount to pay again. It was so
At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai.
Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really.
And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.

I think it's more like 8-10. It's not far, but not close enough to walk luggage comfortably.
I want to give the place 5 stars, but I also want to give it 2 stars. The service was good. They helped shuttle us around through the rain.
The lady that served our dinner was very patient and helpful.
Unfortunately, there is a big problem. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website.
Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a ”mountain” view.
I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value.
I would not have booked if I had known this.
There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.

SsteamyboatzLove this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us take photos. There was also an old lady who helped us put on yukata. There are two hot springs in the store, one of which is open-air and very private. You can lock the door after entering so that no strangers will come in and take a bath. We chose the in-store breakfast, which included porridge, rice and side dishes, which was very light and delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel will send you an email a few days in advance to confirm some matters, such as when to arrive, whether to arrange pick-up, breakfast and dinner arrangements, etc. The hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the service is very good. There is hot spring soup in the hotel, so you don't have to go out to the so-called seven public hot spring baths. The hotel's hot spring has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. You don't need to bring anything. The toiletries inside are Pola. Just put on the Japanese yukata and take the key to the door. It is much simpler and more convenient than bringing towels when going out. Besides, on such a hot day, 35-37 degrees, won't it be too hot to go out? There are too many people in the public hot springs, so there is nothing good about it. I booked half board including breakfast and dinner. There are two kinds of breakfast, Japanese style and Western style, at 9 o'clock at the latest, and it is ready when I go, and I am too full. I ate dinner in my own room, served one by one, the chef selected the ingredients every day, exquisite and delicious, and I was too full, haha. Needless to say, the service is top-notch. There are free drinks in the hotel refrigerator, water, juice, sports drinks, sparkling water, beer, and coffee, milk, and fresh juices on the first floor for free. The hotel also rents bicycles for free, just make a reservation. After riding for about 5 kilometers, you will reach the seaside in the north. There is also a small aquarium, which is probably a national park. Otherwise, leave it to you to see for yourself.

GGuest UserAlthough Yinhua Hotel is located far away, the environment is very quiet because of this. The hotel rooms and baths face the river, which makes people feel refreshed. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and guests will feel at home right from the start of the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself also takes good care of its guests. Even on the day of check-out, they will still take the trouble to tidy up the room so that guests can still have a comfortable place to rest before leaving. If I come to Kinosaki again, I will probably stay at this hotel again. Recommended !

AAigaigaiFirst of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper and customer service specialist of Ctrip for their great assistance when I encountered the unconventional situation of JR cancellation! For overseas travel, use Ctrip!
Secondly, let's talk about the hotel. Advantages:
1. The buffet has a rich variety. There is an older uncle at the front desk who is very enthusiastic to communicate with guests in English and Chinese. It feels like home.
2. The hotel room is also very large.
3. There are free drinks on the first floor at fixed times, although I didn't drink them 👆
Disadvantages:
1. You can't take a bath in the room, you can only go to the large bath on the first floor
2. There are no toiletries in the room. If you don't take them at the fixed time, the staff will take them away at dinner time
3. The quilt in the room is a bit small. I am of very ordinary height, and the length and width of the quilt are a bit lacking
Others:
The Ctrip page says that the bathing tax of 150YAN is paid at the store, but it is actually 450YAN. The description is wrong.

The hotel is a bit far from the station. It is dark in Japan. The hotel can drive for free (reservation is required). I will leave at 7 o'clock the next day and I am very helpful. Thank you~

GGuest UserThis ryokan is above my expectation. The included evening meal is delicious and they provided very good service all the time. The breakfast is at an affiliated cafe nearby providing western food and the included items are also better than what I expected. The only negative is that the location is far from the station and there is no car service to drive you, but the other amenities make up for it.
