Very close to jr Room are ok Breakfast so so Lobby is good Good location

Not much facilities. Location ok with car parking around. Hotel is quite big, but not many guests staying. Rooms are quite small, and quite clean. not many restaurants nearby. Room prices are reasonable.

Location was great , breakfast variety a bit disappointed. Room needed renovation.

The price is not fit ….the amenities is not good and door is kind the not safe

Excellent location just few steps from the Tottori Station. Hotel has some history but still mantain in it's shape. Breakfast can be skpped as only limited food provided. Hotel is bit over priced with almost Yen 20,000/nite for a semi double room .......

Stayed in room 1202 for 4 nights. The room facilities are old. It is recommended to book a newly renovated room. Good point The breakfast is good with local characteristics. The transportation is convenient. It is on the left side of the JR Matsue Station after passing the traffic light 🚥. The surrounding facilities are complete. Bad point The room is too noisy. I was woken up by the noise of the fan in the corridor or outside at night. I was woken up at 4-5 in the morning. There was also a smell of oil smoke in the bathroom. There was no bottled water and no self-service laundry service. Facilities: a bit old Hygiene: not bad Environment: average, especially the noise problem Service: average, some basic hotel facilities are not available

It's about 4 minutes away from the station. There's a department store and a supermarket next door. There's also a car rental center behind. The room is spacious and the C/P value is OK!

The hotel is relatively old, and the streets on both sides are very Japanese country style, very quiet and comfortable! The hotel is very close to the station, and there are many izakayas on both sides, each with its own characteristics. I ate at one, the sushi was very fresh, the wine was also very delicious, and there were many sashimi specialties of Hokuriku!

The hotel model feels like it has a history, but the facilities are well maintained and new, the lobby is bright, and it should be considered a relatively large hotel in the area. The service attitude is also very good. The hotel is close to Tottori Station. Just cross the road after exiting the station and you will reach the hotel. There is a bus station next to Tottori Station, so it is very convenient to take a bus to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji. If you want to take a bus to Tottori Sand Dunes, there is also a 4,000 yen taxi tour in Tottori. In short, the location is great! ! ! Disadvantages: The room is dark with yellow light, which I don't like. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and called the front desk, who arranged for the staff to come and open the window, which made things much better. (The wind blew after opening the window, which was very comfortable ~ but it felt a bit dangerous if there were children, so it was not recommended)

Convenient transportation, 2 minutes walk from Tottori Station, next to a big shopping mall, not far from Gyu-oh Wagyu BBQ, and very convenient to Tottori Sand Dunes, just take bus No. 39 opposite the hotel! The room facilities are a bit old, but well maintained! The room area is relatively large in Japanese hotels, clean and hygienic! Breakfast is a buffet breakfast, which is also quite rich!

The location is super good, just a 2-minute walk from Tottori Station, just cross the road and you're there, it's super convenient to take a car or bus. You can go to the 711 and specialty store in Tottori Station to buy things, there is a shopping mall next to it, and there are many restaurants nearby, it's perfect. Because the hotel is relatively old, I specially booked a renovated room, there are light strips and USB sockets at the head of the bed, the design is more modern, the overall feeling is large enough, the facilities are complete, the price for weekend stay is slightly higher but acceptable, I will stay here again next time I come to Tottori!

The location of the hotel is great. Across the road is the JR station and bus terminal. It is very convenient to go to Tottori Sand Dunes. Parking is also very convenient, parked directly inside the hotel, even if it rains or snows you are not afraid of getting wet. The front desk staff was friendly and communication in English was easy. very good. The hotel should have some years, the door lock still keep with the key, equipped with a bird image of the keychain, momentary feeling of time travel. The room is fully equipped. The most complimentary thing is that this hotel is brightly lit. Very rare! The mattress is very nostalgic bouncy bed. The orange train could be seen passing through the window, but no noise of the train could be heard at all. Other amenities are similar to a typical business hotel. The water pressure of the shower was unbeatable, with the feeling of a massage. There are shopping malls and restaurants across the street from and near the hotel, especially the two Western-style bakery coffee shops across the street that offer breakfast as early as 6:30 am. Bonus points. The downside is that the hotel's down quilt really needs to be replaced, and the stains that can't be washed off are too much to use.
