The location is terrific and very convenient. The iconic landmarks are all within about half an hour's walk. Simple breakfast is provided daily. There are separate sections for working or socialising which are good. Only setback is that it can be quite disruptive if you are a light sleeper. Noises are inevitable given all pods are in the same space.

Nice, safe, clean place to stay at right at the heart of the city. Great staff, helped when i asked for an extra blanket. Perfect water temperature to have morning shower. Concerns: Install a door for people do their business privately in the toilet. Shocked to see a open toilet. Room had a low lighting it made us difficult to move around in the bed area. Huge concern at night. Would have got injured at times. Including dental kit at this price is a true value addition.

Understanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

I read the comments and my heart was half cold, mainly because the price was too cheap. In this area, next to Chinatown, it is best to have a local mobile phone to contact him for convenience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease. During the Christmas period, the hotel even offered complimentary hot chocolate and churros, which was such a lovely festive touch and really added to the atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. There is a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool stays open until 10pm or 11pm depending on the day. Towels are also provided at the pool, so you do not need to bring your own, which is always appreciated. Overall, the staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel had a genuinely welcoming and festive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our room's window faced the City Hall square, while some rooms on the other side had a view of the CN Tower. However, the window glass was quite dirty. The bathroom in our room was very small, and the towels were old and stiff, with no bathrobes provided. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, and the CN Tower isn't far either. The hotel offers an à la carte breakfast, where you can order one item from each category on the menu. The salmon croissant sandwich was the best among them, but eating it for several days in a row became tiresome. A complaint about the housekeeping: it was fine on the second day, but on the third day, they didn't even replace the bath mat or coffee/tea bags. I wonder if it's because we didn't leave a tip. Also, the hotel has two buildings. We stayed in room 69 on the 11th floor of the annex building, directly opposite the ice machine, which was a bit noisy at night when people came to get ice.

Facilities: Hilton's quality is top-notch, and the room has a mini-fridge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The external environment is amazing! It's in the city center, feels like a food street, with all sorts of delicious food right outside. Service: The front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service.
