Day staff was very helpful except for they couldn't help us with fixing the room temperature which was a bit too warm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times between 8pm to 9:30 pm but no one picked up the phone. In addition, there should be atleast a couple of drinking water bottles in the room so that the travelers can get settled and then they can go out or buy stuff that they need but alteast offering that initially would go long ways.

I booked a room for one night but ended up extending it for another night. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Did not encounter housekeeping, or use any of the facilities like the pool. My one comment is that the heater in my room was rather loud.

I stayed for 2 nights in best western hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is also very good :)

It was an amazing stay, lovely staff, amazing room, amazing area, everything was clean and it was just an over all perfect stay!! Going back next month!!

There is no quilt, but a blanket. It is too thin. I couldn't find a spare one. Everything else is good. The front desk is also very friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again next time.

The breakfast is too simple, with few varieties. The room is very clean and tidy. I washed a few pieces of clothes, but they were not delivered in time. The quilt is too thin, and it feels a bit cold at night. The air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature.

Not bad. The heating is sufficient. The room is cleaned once every 5 days by default. If you need to change towels, you can tell the front desk. Breakfast is a simple buffet.

It's just a three-star business hotel. The air conditioner is very noisy. There is a parking space right outside the window. The car is parked beside the window. The curtains cannot be closed to allow light to pass through. The room is not cleaned every day. Check-out is at 11 o'clock. If you check out at 30 o'clock, you will have to pay extra fees.

The room facilities are average, the wash basin has little water flow, the drainage is blocked, and the curtains are not closed tightly. It can only be considered a makeshift stay.

The hotel is quite remote, and the subway station 1.7 kilometers away does not exist. That subway line (the legendary Line 3) is permanently closed, and perhaps it has never been opened.

It's OK, but there are no shops or restaurants around. You have to go to Scarborough Centre. It would be better if there is a shuttle.
