Great service by 露露and 图图. Very prompt and warm service! They were highly responsive and was always available to accommodate my requests. The gym was also very clean and has exceptional views!

Xiao Mei's housekeeping service is very good, the hotel's location is very centralized, travel is very convenient, the hotel is very design-oriented, and I would like to commend Xiao Mei's housekeeping service again!

Great Hotel in an amazing location. You can walk to most the tourist sites near by. There is a 24/7 store downstairs as well. We got the room with the pool and it was worth it. Big thanks to Beibei keeping our room clean every day and doing laundry, she did a great job. Also thanks to Guangguang upstairs for the drinks and snacks.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel! Clean, proper, beautiful with a such a big bed and bathtub. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is located in the city center near main sightseeings. The staff is kind and helpful. We especially want to thank Li li (礼礼), Xiao Kai and one more girl, I think her name is Bao Bai ou Bei Bei for their help. All the staff is super! We highly recommend this place👍

The hotel is amazing and very well located. The staffs are amazing, especially they have a WeChat account/butler service account where you can message them 24h for anything and they will help you. You can ask them to help make reservation for restaurants, request any amenities, and good laundry service. And they are very responsive. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing. And the room itself is big. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch—they were extremely patient and attentive throughout my stay. Ah Hao assisted me during check-in and was exceptionally polite and helpful. So was Bei Bei who did the check out for me. The 24/7 butler service was incredibly convenient and added a lot to the experience. The room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and offering an amazing view. Honestly, there’s nothing negative I can say about it. The Storm Spa was a unique and unforgettable experience. A definite must-try!

Incredible hotel, a must do in Chongqing! This hotel is absolutely stunning, my room had the biggest bath (and yes it’s a bath, there was bubble baths and a rubber duck!) and it was so relaxing and fun to spend time in it. I would recommend getting some room service drinks (I got two cocktails), but they have other deserts available. Everything is button operated, you can even start filling the bath by pressing the keypad next to the bed! The room is spacious, has all amenities and beautifully designed. The best hotel room I’ve stayed in. The view was impressive. Then there’s the storm spa, this was included in my room and a must do experience. Another relaxing experience playing in the rain. The service was impeccable, I was assigned a host, BeiBei, who welcomes and checked in with me during my stay. BeiBei answered all my questions on WeChat and in person, always happy to help and even provided tips for my visit. The hotel lobby is located on the 51st floor. There is a sign on the outside of the building. My didi driver dropped be at the side so it was a little confusing, but someone was there to guide me in. Location wise, the popular spots at on the doorstep. I would recommend getting food to take back to the hotel and enjoy that massive bath with drinks. Overall, a five star experience!

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience at ISEYA that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. The hotel staffs and our assigned butlers on WeChat were incredibly helpful throughout our 4D3N stay. Not only did they addressed our hotel service requests but also assisted in booking attraction tickets and setting up our ******* account for our supper and other deliveries. 😆 Each evening, we returned to a meticulously cleaned and tidy room after exploring Chongqing. In room facilities/ amenities were great! We also enjoyed the complimentary Storm Spa and Afternoon Tea before heading out everyday. We will definitely return! Thank you ISEYA for the wonderful service. ☺️

Absolute perfection! This hotel is luxury combined with comfort and efficiency. The room pool fills up quick and is so relaxing. You’re given a free Turkish tea and a storm spa which was so unique and relaxing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The metro station is minutes walk and the hotel location is in a lively street.
