Everything was great. The only issue is that the fire alarm went off at 2am waking us up in the middle of the night, having to wait until it was cleared. We understand it was not the hotel’s fault, but it was inconvenient at the time.

Great hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at. Everything is very modern and provides all the amenities you could need. Valet parking charge a bit steep though.

Hotel services are good, attentive and friendly. Room facilities are modern and rooms are well designed. Location is good and close to Rosedale Valley.

The room was spacious and clean, also they have good security. I didn't have to worry about anything. The location was not bad, a little bit away from downtown which was quiet. There is a station close to here, so there was no any inconvenience to travel. The entrance was a little bit confusing. That was the only thing that I can say something negative about it.

Didn’t get to stay. Doesn’t want to refund me. Booked wrong check-in time because flight got delayed and didn’t read check-in available after 16:00hr. Tried to explain my situation and no help at all!

Great stay at the Canopy! Good central location and the rooms are modern and well-designed perfect for the weekend or business traveller. Will definitely stay again!

I’ve been extremely disappointed during the check in process, as I’ve been told that they accept only credit card and no debit. It was a big mess for me to find any credit card. And then I tried debit and it was working, very unprofessional from the stuff side. Be ready to hear constructions from the street at 7:30 in the morning. I do NOT recommend you this hotel

I wish they had thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Except for that, the facility was relatively new compared to other hotels.

Surprise in location !! Very convenient in room, shop around the hotel and easy walking to downtown… 👍
