Blue Dreams Resort & SPA Reviews

This is a large hotel with a large amount of land space and a nice private beach. There are lots of options where you can sun bathe, given the three different pools and two piers equipped with sun-beds. We went as a couple with no kids but we believe it’s definitely one of the best resorts if you’ve got kids as there are a wide range of activities for them including water slides and kids disco. The food options are quite good, though they may start to feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying for more than a week. The staff, however, truly stand out for their warmth and hospitality. A special thanks to Gökhan, the most caring, friendly and attentive guest relations staff member and Melike, the kindest and most caring nurse, for looking after me after my hands injury. Melike did and used everything she could to make sure my hands don’t become infected and Gökhan offered us two reservations for their a la carte restaurants which was very nice of him. The entertainment team also deserves praise for their friendliness and for always recognizing familiar faces, adding a personal touch to our stay. The gym is quite nice to get some workouts done. While the rooms are fairly basic, they are spacious and offer lovely views ( the air con works quite well as well). Housekeeping could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to changing the bed sheets, which unfortunately wasn’t done daily during our stay. In addition, The music by the infinity pool could be improved either by switching to more relaxing tunes or simply lowering the volume. As it is, it doesn’t contribute to a calm or peaceful atmosphere.

The place is a good place bit they can improve themselves bit more better.

Pros: The resort was really nice and the staff were really friendly! Additionally, there was a large selection of food and drinks to choose from, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were also amazing. There is access to a private beach, with many sun loungers and multiple separate deck areas too (if you don’t prefer somewhere sandy!). The entertainment team are sure to host many events nightly also, so there is plenty to do on sight such as: live music, darts competitions, bingo etc. Cons: In terms of the rooms overall cleanliness, it was clear to see that there were numerous water marks and stains on the cabinets, mirrors and in the bathroom. When housekeeping would arrive, it would seem as though they were only replacing bed linen and re-stocking towels (as opposed to vacuuming, mopping or wiping surfaces). On another note, one member of the entertainment staff (Hilal) was overly flirtatious and inappropriate (towards my partner) - both of which made my boyfriend and I extremely uncomfortable. So if you’re planning on travelling here as a couple, probably take note of this and be conscious of your surroundings.

Overall, I think it was a reasonable price with reasonable service. The location is a bit ambiguous, but the room is clean, the service is very good, and the food is delicious.

I really like the hotel's large swimming pool, and the sea view opposite is beautiful. The restaurant has a rich variety of food, and there are actually different activities in the restaurant. The service is very good, there is a Kazakh girl at the front desk, she is very friendly.

Wonderful host 20/10

We have been everywhere in the world, and this one is just the most perfect one. Starting from the guests manager who knew everyone in in our family by his name. The vacation started with a very nice surprise of free upgrade. Then the kids loved it here especially the mini club, the heated indoor pool and tge food was amazing with large and quality varieties. The resort gas it's own privat sand beach and plenty of chairs right above the water. What was really amazing is that every restaurant had an astonishing view over the sea. The stuff is so welcoming that upu feel you know everyone and you feel confortable. It took us c.a 20 minutes from the airport and we went to the city to check the turkish bazard and you arrive there in 15 minutes. Evening live music is really entertaining and you are define getting what you are looking for. The infinity pool and the view were heart taking. Kids have also a big water slide. The view from the gym and spa (sauna, steam bath and turkish hamam) give a strong motivation as well. And a big warm to the customer relations manager for his warm welcome. We are definitely coming back next year.

Review has been deleted - hubby and son got food poisoning and were extremely sock for 3+ days - hotel told us they had norovirus outbreak but when I went to love holidays for comp the hotel denied ever speaking to us. Avoid

We are a couple from London who stayed with an 8 month old. This hotel has everything! Beautiful views everywhere you look. Amazing pools for adults and children. The food in all 4 restaurant was amazing, lots of choice and variety. (Fish restaurant at sunset 7.30pm particularly of note). Thanks to the fantastic client rep, Gokhan who was 10/10. On call for anything you needed throughout the week. Furkan and Burcu in the restaurants were amazing hosts going above and beyond. We can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you for a great week.

I stayed with my family at The blue dreams for a week. The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in—friendly staff especially capo and atlas entertainment team and omer bartender they really lovely people. My room was spotless, modern, and had a stunning view of the sea.I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to everyone.

Excellent hotel, food and drinks are good. If you want sun and a relaxed holiday this is the one to go to for. Trip into bodrum town for some shopping and haggling is great. Capo was super friendly and helpful with anything o asked. Water Polo for some fun.

it was very nice we enjoy it at it have very beautiful view and its very vsery enjoyable its for adults an family togither and they have very good service and their emploements are friendly with people and they know diffrent languages and finally iam very grate full for this type of hotel an resort and a lot of thanks for thier crew

Not a 5 star - more like 4 star hotel. Beautiful setting. Amazing views. A La carte restaurants excellent (especially pizza in Italian and live music in Fish restaurant). Guest services very helpful in booking the a la cartes and helping with private taxi to Bodrum. Bars and snacks very good and plenty throughout the day. Loads of space and never without a sun bed. Infinity pool lovely. We had a 2 room family suite by the beach - huge with 2 bathrooms. Lovely views of sea. Very spacious and plenty of storage. Needed to be cleaned again though as a lot of dirt and cigarette ash on the floor. My wife had a massage in the spa and said it was excellent. Only significant negative is main restaurant and the mediocre standard of food and poor service. Least impressive of all the hotels we have ever staying in Turkey. Lacked good quality food and meat options. Even the standard of meat from the grill section was disappointing - overly smoked and tasted like petrol at times. Turkey steaks were not real cuts of meat and were made of reformed parts. Grilled fish and lamb / beef kebab sticks were good. Rarely had chicken and it ran out quick. Some nights we were offered drinks. Some nights completely ignored by staff. This is not like the usual experience you expect and meant we never looked forward to dinner except when we were heading to a La carte. I think this affected the general mood as a lot of people looked completely miserable in this resort! But the amazing views, excellent a la cartes and very good snacks available throughout the day make up for the disappointing main restaurant. And my boys loved the water slides! Also - quality alcohol spirits used in each of the bars - great cocktails available too.
