You checked in in July. We are deeply sorry that the room did not meet your expectations at that time, but we did not receive any feedback from you during your stay. Our front desk staff was on duty until 2 a.m. that day. During this period from your check-in to the time when our front desk staff went to rest, we did not receive any feedback from you. There were many big bugs and cockroaches, and not just one, and the air conditioning cooling effect was too poor.
