We used it for 2 days of event participation. First of all, the counter ― response at check-in is slick. This time, we arranged a double with breakfast and ５ F where you can observe the streets of Tokyo. I knew, but it was narrow. But the bed cover with the pillow and the pillow is the root in. The mirror and reception sets can be used as simple desks by using the standlight behind the TV. The unit bus feels old, and the temperature adjustment of the hot water is quite severe, but there is no problem with the amount of water. The next morning breakfast is like a peak time at 7:30, so you don't wait if you don't even miss the time. Although it was a buffet form, it was all in the western style, and it was delicious without any trouble. Although I used it only to sleep, I was able to spend it very comfortably. Thank you. I stayed for one night. It's in a very convenient location with good access from the station and many restaurants in the surrounding area. However, it seems the room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned, as there was hair in the bathroom and toilet, and the amenity towels were dirty, which was disappointing. I mentioned this to a staff member and they took care of it right away. As the hotel is in a good location and the service is good, I hope they will put more effort into cleaning.

Before moving to the country, I chose this hotel because the price of the local and kichijoji hotels was high. It was convenient to connect directly to the station. The front desk staff was also nice, the room was clean and I was able to stay in the corner room away from the elevator as I wanted in advance. The bathtub was a little deep, and it was good to take a bathing agent behind the front desk and take a bath slowly. The breakfast of this business hotel is good, and there are many buffet styles of dishes, but it was good to have a breakfast made on the second floor. I want to use it if I have another chance.

It is a hotel next to the big park in Tokyo. The grand piano installed in the lobby can be played by anyone. Since I'm familiar with classical music, there are many guests who stay at concerts and concerts. There is a quiet place near every city, where you can see Mt. Fuji beautiful from rooms and elevator hall. From a room where you can use the banquet on the 22nd floor, west Tokyo can see the Chichibu Mountains. At night, two big hearts are reflected in the window. 東京の大きな公園の隣にあるホテルです。ロビーに設置されたグランドピアノがだれにでも演奏できます。クラシック音楽に精通しコンサートやコンクールの団体様も宿泊をしていていて、美しい街並みを２２階の宴会場から見ることができる。

The environment is clean, and the service staff can speak Chinese and are very friendly. The disadvantage is that one of the service staff cleans the room very loudly in the morning, which will be affected if you stay in the hotel to rest during the day.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay. The price was also reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area, which was very helpful! There were shopping streets and residences nearby, making it a relaxing place to live. There was a relaxing atmosphere that felt like home, and I was able to take a good rest! Everything was done using a smartphone, and it was easy to understand and operate!

First the positives and then a negative. Great location, about 15 min walk to bustling central Shinjuku. Family Marts etc., eateries all around and metro 2 min walk away. The area is perfect as it's quieter, even close to a lovely park and all amenities at your door. Besides needing a good dust and coffee marks wiped off the wall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is free coffee and toiletries in the reception area the included washing machine/dryer in the room was a huge plus. YOU WILL NOT GET EARLY ROOM ACCESS EVEN IF YOUR BAGS ARE WAITING IN YOUR ROOM. We arrived early morning knowing we would not be able to check in until the afternoon so staff stored our luggage as expected. When we arrived back at the hotel at about 1:30pm and our bags were nowhere to be found the receptionist informed us they had already been taken to our room as the room was ready. Excited about finally getting access to a shower and some rest after a long flight we anticipated this meant we would be able to enter the room. The receptionist then left to speak to who I imagine is a manager only to come back and tell us check in is at 3pm so we have to wait until then and if we wanted to access the room early it would cost 1,000 yen per person. I know check in stated 3pm but I found this to be exceptionally poor customer service. Seeing as our bags were already in the room it would have made absolutely no difference to the hotel for us to enter the room 1 1/2 hours early but instead the rigid rule left quite a very negative impression. We did end up getting access at 2:30pm only because an elderly Japanese gentleman wanted to check in at this time and they didn’t want to make him wait in the lobby. The negative experience is such a shame because had this not have occurred I would return on my next trip.

All the staff were very friendly. Location was rather convenient. Convenience stall at the basement of the hotel. Amenities were provided. The pyjamas was comfortable and kept us warm. Coin laundry was available and the price was reasonable. What was great was the availability of the machines could be viewed through the TV in the room. It also informed you of the time left for the machine you are using. Will definitely stay there again!

Very friendly staff make it easy to check in and out. Myself and my daughter were blown away with how delicious the breakfast buffet was! The knot has a bakery as well as a restaurant. The room was a good size and very clean! We were very comfortable staying here. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!
