Very friendly staff. Clean and well managed hotel

Very nice hotel, super modern and looks very new. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Room was a bit tiny, but for one person is enough to open a suitcase. Also I got a nice view of Tokyo😍 Breakfast was pretty good for me, many options to choose. Also it’s located very convenient- just 2 minutes away from the metro. So it’s very easy to get Ginza and Tokyo station. I ll come back for sure. 👍🏻

The services provided is pretty basic. I didn't have breakfast there but there is a bakery right next to the hotel, hence very handy.

Very cozy and pleasant environment. Hotel staffs very friendly and converse well either in English or Mandarin.

Was amazing view from our room. Metro is 2 minute walk. Room is so small)) everyday cleaning wasn’t great unfortunately.

Hotel is very near to subway. About 2 mins walk. Hotel provided basic necessities and daily room cleaning service was great. The cons will be and need to take note, engage Hotel staff to check about booking of transport to the airport from the hotel. I guess is due to language barrier, they are not able to clearly understand what we need when we asked.

Room is clean and sufficiently spacious for solo traveler

This hotel is very clean and spacious. It has both a bathtub and shower. Amenities can be taken from downstairs in the lobby. The hotel is 5 - 10 minutes of different metro stations. Has a very nice view and seating area near the window in the room.

The staff was so helpful with everything and friendly. Subway stations are also close so it made the entire trip easy

a very very tiny room. there was a kettle but no cup to drink. one side of the bed is against the wall so you'll have to climb inside the bed, power outlets are at awkward places so not very convenient

This is definitely one of the best and affordable hotel in Tokyo. In addition, it is relatively new so everything inside feels good. Was given the top floor and the room offers an awesome view of the sky tree tower right opposite the river. In addition, the nearest metro is just 1-2 mins walk from hotel lobby. Front desk reception is very helpful and offered various options to get to airport. Definitely worth a stay!
