The room was great and spacious. The hotel is also located in a prime location which makes it convenient for travellers to move around. I would surely book with Hilton again when I come back.

Hilton is simply quality. The location is fab, the train station downstairs from the hotel. Shops and restaurants close. Staff friendly and the rooms are big ( need this especially in Japan where accommodation is so tiny) the rooms were clean and bedding so comfortable. The only issue the grout in the bathroom needs a clean in the shower. Besides that 10/10

Front desk and guest services are very attentive, particular bellman. Hotel dated and the sink drain had a bad stench coming out. Executive lounge very busy

Big room in japan standards. Comfortable stay but truly it is only a practical hotel and dont expect too much. Walking distance to station but it is at least 5 to 7 minutes walk. The thing I like most for this hotel is the provision of electric bike for the use of hotel guests which is convenient β€” you can ride it to nearby places.

A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

We had a great stay at Hilton hotel. We enjoyed breakfast so much. And the shuttle bus going to/from the train station is really a big plus! Worth the penny we paid. We will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in Shinjuku area, feels like more for business traveller hotel here. The room is Ok, newly renovated, not so great, but just OK only.. there were quite many people in the lobby.

As expected with the high standard comes with the brand, just a pitfall is the location is a bit far from the west from Shinjuku shopping area and the train station.
