Muji Hotel Ginza Reviews

The Muji hotel has lived up to my expectations! If you are a fan of Muji products (or interested in how Muji products can be put together in a hotel room), then this is a hotel for you!! I enjoyed the room, amenities, and superb hotel location (in Ginza). The staff were friendly. However, they can be more attentive. By going downstairs, you have floors of Muji products you can purchase! One of the good things is that you don't need to go through reception each time to go to your room - which I prefer. I recommend staying here for one to two nights and trying out their breakfast or meals! :) Enjoy!

Always a joy to stay at muji hotel. Room is of good size for 2 pax. Location is fantastic and easy to find. Close to train station.

English staff is not enough. The check in process is longer as the front desk staff is not good in English.

Amazing location, short distance to airport limousine, lovely amenities that can be brought home. Tax refund shopping for tourists at Ginza Muji is fuss free.

The room (for Japanese room) is bigger than expected. Fits 2 people nicely. It is next to a subway and train station with 6-10mins walk.

The room is clean and comfortable. In Ginza, shopping, dining and transportation are very convenient. The snacks, drinks and daily necessities in the room are all MUJI's own products. There is also free afternoon tea to enjoy during your stay in the hotel. The cold noodles taste good and are full of creativity.

The room area is 36 square meters, but the narrow corridor is not used at all. The actual usable area is only more than 20 square meters. The price we booked is 3700, which is too expensive! The main reason is that the children want to experience it. It is fast and the level is good. The service is not bad, but the cost performance is very low. If the price is around 2000 in Japan, it is okay. The front desk does not have lunch service

It was an experience I was looking forward to. It was comfortable, conveniently located, clean, and had a first-class environment. The service was considerate. They patiently told me where to take the airport bus. I will stay here again next time.

Arrived around 1pm, and was able to check in. The front desk explained everything in detail. There were afternoon snacks, coffee and cocktails. The room felt like MUJI. All supplies were MUJI products, and I picked a citrus essential oil to put in the aromatherapy machine. Went downstairs to shop at MUJI. There were floors 1 to 5, and I bought a lot of snacks at the supermarket on the first floor. The checkout counter on the fourth floor was a tax-free counter. Because I had to catch an early flight, the service staff delivered breakfast to the room in advance (breakfast time starts at 7:30, if you have a flight to catch, you can contact the front desk staff in advance). It was a very comfortable experience. Thank you for your care!

The location is very good, and it is convenient to go shopping in Ginza. The room is indeed small, and the bathroom door squeaks when it opens and closes...

Haha, there is a ********* lady named Lin at the front desk. She is super pretty and can speak Mandarin. She works from afternoon to evening. The service is super good. There are refreshments and drinks from 4pm to 21pm. The room comes with aromatherapy and snacks. It is very cheap if you can grab it for 1500. There are also some skin care products that I forgot to take. If you don’t grab the cheap ones, it will cost 2800. Ginza is in a good location and there are shopping spots around. It would be more perfect if you check in before 3 o’clock. Miss Lin, if you see the comments, remember to give a thumbs up. I promise to give you a perfect evaluation.
