The Muji Hotel Ginza is what you'd expect from Muji, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, the a couple minutes walk away from Metro entrances and the main Ginza street. First thing you notice after sleeping here is how quiet it is. For those that are looking for a good night's sleep, this is a good place to be. The hotel lobby is located on the 6th floor, along with its cafe and hotel guest dining area. The only downside is there's no convenience stores (Lawson or 7-11) nearby.

The Muji hotel has lived up to my expectations! If you are a fan of Muji products (or interested in how Muji products can be put together in a hotel room), then this is a hotel for you!! I enjoyed the room, amenities, and superb hotel location (in Ginza). The staff were friendly. However, they can be more attentive. By going downstairs, you have floors of Muji products you can purchase! One of the good things is that you don't need to go through reception each time to go to your room - which I prefer. I recommend staying here for one to two nights and trying out their breakfast or meals! :) Enjoy!

Always a joy to stay at muji hotel. Room is of good size for 2 pax. Location is fantastic and easy to find. Close to train station.

English staff is not enough. The check in process is longer as the front desk staff is not good in English.

Amazing location, short distance to airport limousine, lovely amenities that can be brought home. Tax refund shopping for tourists at Ginza Muji is fuss free.

The room (for Japanese room) is bigger than expected. Fits 2 people nicely. It is next to a subway and train station with 6-10mins walk.

The layout of the room is strange, long and narrow. The floor is dirty, probably because of the high occupancy rate. The hair dryer is also broken. I called the front desk and they sent a new one very quickly. The service is good. The girl at the front desk sent shampoo, conditioner and fragrance. There are snacks and small notebooks and pens in the room every day. You can take them away. I was amazed by the popping candy chocolate. I plan to buy some when I go to Japan tomorrow.

There is almost no air conditioning. I was woken up by the heat every night. I got up and moved the fan to the bedside before I could fall asleep. It was like this for several days in a row. It was too bad. Don't stay there in summer.
