Tokyu Stay Yotsuya Shinjuku Reviews

Location is close to Yotsuya train station around 300m, so just a couple of minutes walk away, but quite far away from most tourism spots in Tokyo. There is a convenience store located next door which was handy for any late night snacks! The room was quite small, but the comfortable bed and pillows made up for it. The room came equipped with a washing machine, kettle, microwave, hot plate and hair dryer. It was exceptionally clean and bathroom and was perfect for the purpose of the trip, with high pressure water in the shower. I did have to pay extra for early check-in even though the hotel appeared to be very quiet - around $10au per hour but overall can’t complain.

Quiet location in Shinjuku area, not far from the other metro lines, so no need to use Shinjuku metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had a laundry machine in it, which was very convenient for us who needed to do laundry. Beds are super comfortable too.

Terrible service. When arrived at he hotel to check in we noticed the room was not as advertised, dirty and and smelled moldy. They wanted to charge me about $500 dollars more for a room upgrade. I Did not get a refund, lost my money because I canceled on the check in day. Scammed

The room is clean but smaller than what I expected as I booked a Residential double room. The washing machine is a big help the reason being I booked this hotel. Not walkable to Shinjuko as it's located a bit out of the city but easy access to the train line. WARNING!!! They have pay per view PORN movies in the room and it's disappointing (unless you want to watch porn of course), TV is old school. DON'T book breakfast packages, they have no restaurant unless you are happy to eat frozen salmon and cook your own rice or microwave frozen bread.

Location not far from shinjuku and yotsuya station. More quiet than stay in shinjuku And have many locals restaurants around

Excellent location for tour around Tokyo, within 10 minutes down the main road from JR Yotsuya station (along the JR Cental line between Shinjuku and Tokyo). There's a Shabu Shabu restaurant with reasonable price and quality downstairs.

The facility of the hotel is liitle bit old and the air condtioner has some weird sounds. You should make your own breakfast based on the recipe the hotel gives. But the price is reasonable and the location of hotel is close to train station

Hotel had a good location, it was less crowded than other places in tokyo. The hotel room itself was not really spectaculair. Shower could use some upgrades and also the kitchen. The thing that I liked the most is that the room had a washing machine and dryer.

They have everything in the room. The room is much bigger than other hotels in the same price range.

This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the train to explore the culture and sights of Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance not to mention karaoke rooms. There is a supermarket, chemist and Family part right next door. The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday - a toasted sandwich is you opted for the non Japanese option. The room also did not include our four year old for breakfast and it wasn’t worth paying the $14 to include him. If you are looking for just a bed then this is a great choice and the apartment style room made it very spacious. Great for families.

The location was near Yotsuya railway station. The service was very good. We were trying to understand the taxi booking services and got the staff to assist with it. She offered advice and answered our questions to the best she could. The staff is called 中岛 if I got it correctly. One of the best staff services that I have encountered while traveling overseas. Will return definitely.
