Everything was great! Lot of amenities provide at the lobby. The room is big and clean, and a few step from metro station.

Great hôtel, staff was so gentle with me. I’ve booked a smoking room but I’m not a smoker, unfortunately it was the last one available and when I told them they really tired to help me, great trip.

This hotel location is quite near to many stations and Chiyoda Sakura area. Very clean and service is great. Only the thing is room is small. But I still like the service and location. Will come back again.

The location of hotel is great- it is only 1-3 stations to each touristic area in Tokyo, like Sinzuku, Ginza, Asakusa. Pros: polite and helpful stuff, great location, purity, wonderful view, having laundry. Cons: there wasn’t a closet, only hangers, so it was a little uncomfortable. I really enjoyed to stay here.

The hotel is located in a remote area. It is not recommended for tourism. You have to take a car to go anywhere, and transportation in Japan is expensive. I left my electronic products in the room. We checked out at 9 o'clock and returned to get the luggage at more than 11 o'clock. The hotel did not inform me of the forgotten items in the room.
