This was the worst stay of my trip. The beds were in such a terrible condition that you could feel the springs sticking all over the body. I tried contacting them through phone and they said they didn't speak English and to send an email. I did that and they never replied. I called again and let them know in Japanese that the email was sent and to please help me change rooms and they ignored me. After complaining to trip.com twice they agreed to refund $6 over a $60/night stay. Stay away!

Hotel is location is very convniant, being about 10 mins by public transport to the airport and cloth toshopping locations like Donq , Parco , canal city hakata bring located within only about 10 mins walk. Hotel also included all amenities as advertised, but for mine, WIFI wasnt working. Other than that its a great hotel !

Pros: Great location, close to everything and Tenjin station reasonable price Cons: There was a strong toilet smell when I reached the room, there are rubbish on top of the shelf The mattresses are hard and can hear the spring sound and feel the spring, therefore it’s hard to sleep well.

We stay here for 3 nights. When we arrived is around 09.00 must wait for check in until 15.00. And we only met the tablet for check in. This really no services at all for the hotel. But the location is super B in downtown.

It is located near the downtown area, so it is very convenient for sightseeing! Compared to other small Japanese hotels, the interior is very spacious, and it is great that you can see the city view from the terrace and rooftop! However, the shower room in the bathroom is very narrow!

The cleanliness was not good because the sewer smelled. There was a washing machine, but there was only one detergent, so I could only wash the towels once, and it was unmanned, so I couldn't talk about the service. I know it was inconvenient, but the last time I stayed there, there was a coin dryer, so it was usable, but this time there was no drying rack, so it was inconvenient. 3 nights and 4 days for four people is too much I don't think I can stay for one night The location was good, but there was an entertainment district nearby, so I frowned a little That's all I may be a little sensitive. Still, I had a fun trip and will go back

The hotel is located in West Central Island, the taxi has to turn into a small road to reach the door, the location is decent. WiFi is not working properly! However the great problem is that the hygiene situation is extremely dire. There are tissue scraps scattered on the sofa, package wrappers left by previous tenants are still in the kitchen cabinet, and wrapping paper behind the TV cabinet has not been removed. The biggest problem is that the bathroom drain constantly emits a foul smell, if the air purifier is placed at the bathroom door, the air purifier will light up red. The stench continued not to be eliminated, I called the hotel side, no one answered, the email did not reply, it took the third day to be able to change the room, the reason for the change of room should be because the next room just had a guest check out! The hotel staff does not speak any English, to constantly reply back and forth through e-mail, to barely follow up the question, also said to check out, to pack all the luggage in the original room before two o'clock that day, but did not indicate the cleaning staff, when will give us a new room, we can only wait in vain, so that Japan's trip seriously hindered! The smell of the bathroom drain is "shadow" poured out, you can imagine how exaggerated the situation is! It seriously affects the health of the guests. After attaching a towel placed on the drain, the towel is arched up, arched up is the endless stench, it is completely difficult to understand why the hotel would still provide this room to guests. However, here to commend the efficiency of Trip.com, trip.com tried to help our family, otherwise it was also difficult to change rooms! A place that chews everything up with just one location. Location legend The floor felt a little dirty, but I didn't really pay attention, The bathroom shower was nice. The room was spacious even for a double room. There are also some areas where the wind blows in. Even if I turned on the heater all day, it was a little cold on the bed on the first floor. The location was good, it was clean, and most importantly it was cheap, which was helpful. Check-in was non-face-to-face and I had to enter a passcode and other information into a tablet, which was a little confusing.

Location-wise, it's a really good place to stay, but it's a bit cold in January. We all caught a cold so we're going back to Korea ㅠㅠ And the beds are so squished that if you're sensitive, skip it. The park in front of the place is really pretty!

The location is quite convenient, but the room is very small, not even with room to sit. It is definitely a bit cramped for four people.
