Room size is huge for local standards and good size for family of 4! Well-equipped with amenities at the reception and security is tight. Convenient and easy access to monorail for haneda airport. JR and subway within walking distance under 10mins. Lots of food options and convenience stores around. Overall, great choice for family as my boys loved the bunk beds!

My initial thoughts when we entered the unit was that it would be a little tight for four people. I later realized that it was well laid out and we found ourselves to be very comfortable for the seven days there. We made good use of the refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, microwave and toaster oven. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made it very easy to use the luggage forwarding service as well as stored our other bags.

The hotel is in a very good location, with Family Mart and 711 downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby, including popular chains such as Torii Noble, Ippudo, and Naruto Taiyaki. It is very close to the nearest Daimon subway station, and you can go directly to the Harry Potter Studios. It is very convenient to go anywhere, and it takes half an hour to walk to Ginza. The room is very large for Japan, and it is very comfortable for a family of four. The bunk beds are better than expected. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. You can get laundry detergent at the front desk, and you can wash clothes every day. Compared with other hotels where you have to queue up for coin-operated washing machines, it is very convenient. You can also cook by yourself, and the tableware is very complete. There is also a supermarket selling fresh food not far away.

The location is great, close to three metro stations. It only takes 30 minutes to and from Haneda Airport, the room is spacious, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The service staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak several languages.

We really liked it. We took a room for 4 people, it was comfortable for everyone. Convenient logistics, good area. We walked to many places of interest. There is a TV tower nearby.

The convenience store downstairs sells small portions of rice, eggs, etc., so you don't have to worry about buying too much and not being able to finish it. There is a Chinese breakfast shop diagonally opposite the hotel gate. The employees are basically Chinese and the price is not too expensive. Because there is an office building next to the hotel, it is very quiet at night. There is a police station nearby and occasionally there will be sirens. The subway Daimon Station can go directly to Shinjuku Ginza Harry Potter and other places. The connected JR Hamamatsucho Station can go directly to Shinkansen Shinagawa Station in two stops. It is also convenient to go to Disney, Yokohama, and Kamakura. The front desk service is more professional. There are Chinese instructions to explain it to you clearly. There are also Chinese employees who speak Chinese. In fact, there is not much need to communicate with the front desk. Special reminder that garbage needs to be sorted. I don’t know if there will be a fine for littering, but there is a reminder that littering and eating are prohibited around the hotel.
