It was really great hotel with a nice location and good service. Room was clean.

The hotel is within walking distance of Ginza. The rooms are small and cozy, clean. Pleasant staff

The hotel is centrally located near Ginza and Tsukiji area, so it’s quite convenient to transfer and commute between lines. The room is just decent , not that spacious but still bearable. But I love the bathroom layout though..

Room is relative small but nothing to complain for its price

It was an unpleasant stay. I was disappointed. The room was very small, can’t fully open a big suitcase. The room hygiene was unacceptable, bedsheet was dirty, there was a noticeable stain and a lot of hair on it. There was also a hair left in the shower area. I booked moderate twin room A, but I got moderate twin room B. When I asked the front desk to change to moderate twin room A, they said it was shown in their computer that I had booked twin room B, not A. Even though I showed my booking information from the Trip application that I booked twin room A, they insisted that their records were correct and they couldn't help me changing the room because twin room A was fully booked.

The housekeeping is great, and security is good. There are many convenient shops nearby. However, tourists with heavy bags should know that this hotel is not that close to a subway exit with a lift.

The hotel is walking distance to Higashi-Ginza station. Convenient stores are just walking distance too. It’s a perfect place to stay with affordable rate around Ginza. It’s near Tsukiji market too.

Room is small but enough for 1 person. Walking distance to Tsujiki market and Ginza and very close to metro train to airports - very convenient

The room was tiny (as expected) modern and very quiet. Perfect location between Ginza and Tsukiji market.

ONSEN in GINZA, Value for Price.

The price is actually worthy for the location and room itself. Hotel is quite new and room is decent, I booked a single room but bed is actually bigger than normal single bed. Thanks to that I can have good sleep end of the day. location is great literally only 10 mins walk from Ginza, few stops to Tokyo Tower, 5 mins walk you can find Tsukiji markets where you can find plenty of seafood, local food etc also full of tourists. It is also nearby other popular sightseeing places like Senso- Ji ( 7 stops) It is very convenient to go everywhere. Front desk staff are able to speak English so no problem with communication for foreigners. Level 2 have bending machine which you have to buy your own water there which is unlike other hotels in other countries. Also there are also microwave and laundry machine at level 2. Microwave is free but laundry seems 7000 Yuan for one time wash.
