Right next to it is the subway station. Surprisingly, there is a bathhouse! You can take a bath and even enjoy a sauna, which is very exciting. The service is excellent. For sleeping at night, you need earplugs.

The amenities is good 👍 but I guess there’s always the issue for people who book the hotel on trip.com. I thought I booked an individual capsule space however it’s not . The image was completely wrong and misleading. Sec floor space where you can heat up your food and eat there but the smoke smell too heavy that I almost vomit

Every was fine for capsule, staffs were nice, light breakfast service included. 10 mins walkto town. 3mins to train station. Just a little expensive.

[male customer here] what a scam, it says premier ROOM but it was not, it was the same generic cabin/capsule type accommodation, so expect the generic bunk beds instead of an actual room with 1 single bed in it. another misleading/scam point, it written in the Room Amenities that there are private bathroom but actually it was a public bathroom, you know, the generic public onsen type, there was no private shower room or bathroom, just the public hot water big bathpool+open-curtain showers. on the other hand, there is a private shower room for the female rooms/bookings. another minus point, you must first open your shoes and store them in the shoe locker before going to the counter. no logic just plain inconvenience for me hahaha smh the only plus point is they always give you a bag of towel+pajamas daily :＞

Love this place so much. Every time I come to Iapan, I have to stay here. There is a hot spring. And the city is peaceful and there are many foods. Very impressive.

The room is well-cleaned and all the amenities you need are provided. The woman at the counter is also very nice, and breakfast is available from 5am, with curry, rice balls, bread, etc. There are two hair clips, but both were loose and didn't work well. There are also three showers, but the water pressure is very weak. Other than those two points, everything else was okay!

The staff are all kind and there's no problem if you just want to sleep. You can get free curry and udon for breakfast, and it's clear that they've made every effort to provide the best hospitality possible in a small establishment. The building is small, so they've worked hard to create a bath and rest area within it, so it always feels cramped. Those who are used to larger capsule hotels might find it a bit stressful. Personally, I felt that it was a shame that the space for the bedrock bath felt like dead space.

There is a ladies-only floor with a bathroom attached but not too big. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. There are enough places for activities, a lounge and an underground restaurant. The overall appearance of the accommodation is very good.

The location is very good near the station. There were also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is normal. There are minimal amenities, so there is no problem. The service was pretty standard and check-in and check-out went smoothly. I want to use it again.
