Hotel is well located with many train lines and Narita express. Lots of food options around. Staff can speak English and are polite, helpful. Cleanliness is good, but due to their eco friendly policy there’s no cleaning of room daily only make up bed, staff did not check the bathroom so they didn’t top up the shower gel even though we had removed it to indicate replenish. Onsen is payable. No swimming pool else it’ll be so perfect. Breakfast variety was very good.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in takes only 5 minutes. Check-out is even faster. Location is perfect! Right next to Oshiage station and there are two elevator access to the station just across the road. The railway will take you to Natita airport without having to transit. There is a big mall opposite to the hotel and above that is the Skytree tower, very convenient. Other than shops in the mall, there are also many local stores and restaurant nearby. Walkable distance (approximately 20 minutes) to Kaminati Mon and the Senso-ji, or you can take train, which takes about 10mins If you have time for exercise and if you like running, it is nice to run along the river right next to the hotel. The environment is very nice.

The hotel is just opposite Solamachi, Skytree, Oshiage station so it’s really convenient. There’s Life supermarket so it’s great for families or even parents who need to get baby necessities. From Narita, we took Skyaccess to Oshiage. Our package included breakfast. On some days we did not have breakfast at Sizzler so we exchanged the breakfast tickets for fruit cakes etc. Lobby staff were really friendly and helpful. There are small sachets of bath powder, facial wash etc that you can help yourself to at the lobby. The location is perfect for travellers who prefer more quiet areas as compared to Shibuya/Shinjuku etc. it’s nice strolling around the area as it is not crowded at all. Overall, it’s a very good experience staying there.

The hotel was really clean and service was really good as well. Enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel and I particularly like the bath area of the room I book as the bath area has a door and it separates the other part of the toilet hence it doesn’t matter if I shower and make the floor wet as it is contained within the door that separates the rest of the toilet. No need to worry having wet toilet floor!

It is centrally located, just near to the subway station. Tokyo Skytree is near, we went for a walk. Nice amenities, provided us with some essential items including some skincare samples. Definitely worth visiting.

Clean and room as expected, theatre room sound system is good but dont have the movie app, unless you have a japan phone number then can register for movie app

One of the best hotel I stayed so far, the staffs attitude, the hotel cleanliness and the hotel location is just perfect. The hotel is opposite Tokyo Skytree and it’s walking distance like 5 minutes from the metro station. From Narita airport, can take express train at 1,200 yen to the hotel direct. Nearby the hotel, there are lots hidden dining places such as unagi restaurant operated by local elderly, authentic sashimi restaurant by Jap family and etc all these places are just about 10 minutes walking. Besides, there is a big supermarket Life, which is just at the hotel. Really very convenient. Will definitely back to this hotel again next time.

Can take Sky Access from Narita Airport straight to Oshiage Station. The hotel is just 2 mins from the train station. There is a big supermarket, Life downstairs The hotel's breakfast is quite nice. It has a waffle maker and an ice-cream machine which kids like to use by themselves.

Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole has an excellent location, just beside Oshiage Subway station which has several lines running though it. It also has direct access to Haneda Airport which is very convenient. There is a big supermarket next door and SKy Tree has lots of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a laundromat for those who need to have their clothes washed and breakfast is served in Sizzler which has a fantastic salad spread. I stayed in 2 kinds of room due to a break in my schedule. The first room was most basic one which was a tad too small for us. Upon our return trip, we were given the "Book" room series. It was large and luxurious and most unique with a bookshelf in the room. View was better facing Skytree. Overall, very satisfied stay and would probably book this hotel again.

Location is very convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Exit A3. Front desk is helpful for assisting me to reserve table for lunch/dinner.  Breakfast buffet with varieties is good enough.  LIFE supermarket is nearby too.  Will definitely to stay again in future.

Upon our initial check-in, the staff were extremely accomodating and could speak proper English in conversation. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing, it was extremely convenient that breakfast lounge was next to concierge. The room itself was extremely clean and housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. It was incredibly close to the station and it was very nice after a long day. We will definitely use this hotel again when we visit Tokyo.

Room quite spacious, good enough for a family of 3 to stay. Breakfast at hotel variety no much. and 1 minute walking distance to Oshiage station.. very convenient..
