Check in strictly at 2pm, not 1359 not 1358, just 1400. Amenities are all on 2nd floor, housekeeping only work till 2pm daily. Location is generally good, near many eateries. Not sure if I had a window, because my window was blackout totally, all taped to the side. The laundry machines can be paid with suica if you ran out of coins, which is very convenient.

Room for one person is small but good enough for Japanese standards. Amenities quite good for the price.

Great location! Hotel is clean and good value…but rooms are tiny (to be expected in Japan). Doesn’t have any amenities other than a few extras in the lobby. Staff were friendly

The room is ALWAYS the best part. Too bad it’s a longer walk to the station than I expected.

Despite a slightly high price — them’s are the times — this is a solid three-star with a very decent breakfast. Was forced to take a smoking room and though it there was some odour, it was very tolerable. Windows open, which is a bonus. A/C is very quiet, comfortable mattress and pillows, and a generally intelligent layout. Good location.

good location, many restaurants nearby. Convenient store 1 min from hotel some special amenities (like better pillows, hair dryers, muscle relaxing tool, etc) could be borrowed from the counter. Room is clean though not very big a bity pity that seems only 1 twin room in each floor as such my family could not be arranged on the same floor as me probably because of this reason. Shimbashi Station is very convenient if you will go home via the Haneda Airport
