Very clean and cozy room. Few mins walk from underground and direct shuttle bus to airports

Everything looks new and tidy. The restroom is spacious which is always a plus for hotel in Japan. Have a complementary free coffee too which is nice

A very nice plane, located in a comparatively quiet district. Clean and cool, has all the amenities. Also the stuff at the counter is very polite, even offered a special hotel coin to buy some coffee for free

Standard room, complete amenities and comfortable bed. They give 1 coin for get Coffee from the Coffee machine. The location is quite far from the subway station, but just 6 min walk to Airport service bus, so it's good things at my last stop in Japan. Staff are very nice, and helpfull with me my inquiries.

Execellent hotel with a mall and train station within walking distance.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel within 30 minutes of Shibuya or Shinjuku, this place is a reasonable choice. The room was compact — a bit tight for two people — and unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, leaving me with a sore back each morning. On the surface, the room appeared clean, but a closer look revealed some areas that had been overlooked, which was disappointing. That said, the bathroom was decent for everyday use, with a modern toilet and a good-sized TV which we couldn’t use except for viewing the information given by the hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Suitengumae Station is about a 9-minute walk from the hotel, and there’s a Lawson nearby for late-night snacks and drinks — a handy bonus.

Good value hotel close to 2 subway stations. Staff is nice and ready to help. You are greeted with 2 coffee cards upon arrival. Room was small but we managed to fit 4 suitcases and sleep comfortably. They provide with all the amenities. I would come back!

We've been arranged for a QUITE SMALL twin bedroom so we CANNOT OPEN OUR LUGGAGE 😔. We only can put our luggage under the TV table and the fridge is also under the TV table so we CANNOT OPEN THE FRIDGE after put our luggage😖. The toilet is always stinky😓.

Really nice hotel

It’s a bit far from the touristy places other than Shibuya. We had to walk a lot if we weren’t alighting from TCAT.

Great location for traveling around Tokyo. Not very central but we were happy being a bit further away considering how good the transport network is. Room was extremely small but functional considering we weren’t there much

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic—it's in a nice area, and the metro is just about a 7-minute walk away. There are also several stations nearby, making it very convenient to get to any part of the city. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room cleaning was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The only minor downside was the bed placement in my room. A small hallway or a slightly different layout would have made it more comfortable.
