It was a pleasant stay here

Well staff was very friendly and countertop workers easy to communicate. Location is overall good. You have to walk 5min to get into metro station and nearby there was lots of food choice. Have the bus stop right front and left side of your hotel. Best thing was it was so close to the city air terminal which goes direct buses to the airport. It only took me mostly 4 minutes get there. Since taxi is expensive it good choice. And it was clean. But please next time restock the amenities at least in 2 day such as toothbrush and toothpaste.

It is a new hotel. Stylish. That said be aware - the rooms are tiny and it is meant for Japanese people: no knifes for breakfast, the breakfast menu is mostly Japanese and there’s only green tea in the rooms.

The area very cozy and quiet.

Nice service and hygiene. For the location, there is a convenience store nearby and 3 minutes distance from the railway. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Very clean hotel and nice services. They will do housekeeping daily. Location is perfect and nearby don’t have much amenities, restaurants.

the housekeeping lost one of my undershirt and said that I got too much stuff in the room. Another time, I saw my underwear dropped on the floor when it was supposed to be on the bed.

The room was not big, but definetly enough for 1 person. The room was clean, the aircon was cold enough. The Hotel location might hard to find at first, but you can easily find this hotel if you are close enough to the bridge. There was a place called Tokyo City Air Terminal , which was close to Hotel, you can easily go to Narita or Haneda Airport by bus. It only takes about 1 hour from Airport to this hotel. This was rather convinient compare to transfer to alot of location and takes alot of time and effort. There aren't many restaurant that open 24 nearby, but they do have few suppermarket that open 24 and it was pretty close. This Hotel's location weren't in a busy area, you won't find the street crowded, the location was pretty quiet, it feels great even straying around. This was one of if not the best Hotel Staying experience I had in Tokyo area. The price they charge and the location and convinient, there was nothing i can complain about.

Very close to air bus station, easy to arrive both airport, good front desk

The staff were so kind and friendly! It was a bit of a walk to the station and not really close to anything interesting, but if you want a peaceful residential area, this is it. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day.
