Roomy for 2 beds. No problem to open 2 big suitcases. Separate bath and toilet adds extra convenience.

Quiet location. 10 min walk to train stations, restaurants and supermarkets. Cosy rooms and inexpensive room rate.

Spacious room, however, bathroom was a bit too small.

The hotel is inconvenient and it takes around 15 minutes from the subway station. It provides simple breakfast and it’s free.

Good location. Helpful staff. They allowed us to check-in an hour early for no additional cost

The room is so noisy, while I was sleeping, I heard all things from outside the room; people talked, next room took a shower, next room snored, people walk outside, road noise etc. and it's so spooky place to stay for my friend we couldn't sleep well and that made us tired in a day time. if anybody want to choose this hotel please make sure that you can accept the condition that I've told you. You surely meet the same thing like I met.

Old but clean hotel. The bathroom is very very small. The price is cheap.

The accommodation is clean, has breakfast, is next to a convenience store, and is a bit far from the city center. The amenities are complete.

All high marks for you! The accommodation is satisfactory. The room has a refrigerator/dryer/hot water kettle/bathroom shower, pajamas, and clean towels! It’s nice to have a simple breakfast! The only disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the station, and the house price is relatively affordable and reasonable! But if the price is expensive, there are many options! I wish all employees good health and happiness, and see you soon!

It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the subway station. The soundproofing is not very good. Breakfast is just a simple breakfast with some juice. There is a convenience store next to it. The bathroom is on the small side. The price/performance ratio is high.

It is a 5-8 minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station. There is Lawson opposite. There are Donki, 7-11, Family Mart, Business Super near the station, and many restaurants open until early morning. The location is okay. Early three hundred on Saturday night is considered a good deal.

The desk staff was unfriendly, the facilities were old, and the location was not very good. It was not Shinjuku Station, and it was a long walk from Shin-Okubo Station.

I got lost and went in the wrong direction, but they kindly guided me over the phone. Thank you very much. The room was spacious and comfortable. The entrance was also nice.
