Nice one , kind people

Excellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there.

What an amazing experience. Customer service is great; the staff speaks English, the breakfast and coffee was great, the room was great, and the hotel was not far from There's Starlight restaurant, the Spicy Chicken and Coconut Latte is amazing. Say hello to the Bell Hop (I forgot his name🤪) he's a great guy.

The old five-star hotel is trustworthy, the service is in place, and basically all the requirements are met as much as possible. In addition, all 9 rooms were upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise.

The service attitude of this hotel is really first-class. The check-in and check-out were handled by the duty manager Jack, which was fast and professional. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable.

It was my first time in Jinzhou and I stayed at Jinzhou Sheraton Hotel. The hotel parking lot is spacious above and below ground. There are two doors to the lobby. The concierge enthusiastically helped me with my luggage. When I checked in, the lady gave me a warm reception, introduced parking and breakfast, and recommended Jinzhou local barbecue. We got along very well. I specifically asked her name, Anna. The cakes in the lobby bar tasted good too. I like it here.

I always stay at Sheraton in Jinzhou. The service is of star level. The facilities are well maintained. They are still new after so many years. I like their patio design, which is very impressive. I am a Ctrip Black Diamond member. The front desk staff upgraded the room for me. It was great. I recommend this hotel again.

I went to Jinzhou to visit relatives and stayed for one night. I chose Sheraton, the tallest building in Jinzhou and the only five-star hotel. It was quite satisfactory. The service attitude was quite good. They upgraded me to an executive twin room. The details of the room need to be improved. The bathtub was not drained and the faucet sprayed water outwards. There were some problems with the design. The room arranged for me had a door to the next room. I hate such rooms the most. The sound insulation is not good, but everything else is ok.

The tallest hotel in Jinzhou, an old five-star hotel, with decent facilities and services. Convenient location. Breakfast was as expected. Highlights: interesting floor structure, swimming pool, children like it. Tips: The connecting rooms are not soundproof. If you like quietness, it is recommended to ask in advance to avoid pitfalls.

The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned on for cooling, and it is quite hot in winter. The hot water is not hot at all, and the temperature is not enough for bathing. It is a bit difficult to charge the bedside, and there is only one side that is connected to a bull socket, and the other side cannot be used. The breakfast is OK, the tofu pudding and noodles are delicious. The gym is very large, with both a strength area and aerobic area, but it is a bit humid and hot because it is close to the swimming pool. Finally, the bed is so soft that it is a bit difficult to support. This depends on personal preference.
