Yeah, again . Come again, cause sometimes they got promotion, so far evrything r ok. Got mamak restaurant below , got laundry , got mini market. Everything got😂Even they tomyan below also very nice and tasty , the kue taw eggs also very delicious . Recommended

Maybe we checked in near midnight, only left last room, no window, very smelly, safety lock spoiled, noisy at roadside, beam in the middle of the room(?used building corner for this room). Staff are nice, beds are clean, but room smell is really unbearable poor ventilation and no window.

Room a bit small, toilet bowl is in wrong direction, can't even sit at right place. Wasn't sure about Aircon, I was sweating in the middle of the night.

We checked in very late, hotel left no standard room but free upgrade to bigger room. Front desk staff is nice enough to assign us a bigger room. Simple set up but enough for 2 stars hotel. Good location for nearby food.

Book for 2 nights during weekend. We arrived around 5pm, room is ready, but when we checked in, there’s stain in the bed sheet, so we asked the front desk to have it changed. They immediate attend to it, and have it changed. Staff are courteous and easy to speak with. Even though room is small, still worth it for a budget hotel. There’s also convenience store and food shop nearby.

OYO 428 exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Would recommend for a budget-friendly stay!

New Hotel and very clean

I originally booked a deluxe room, but because I arrived too late, I decided to book this hotel on the spur of the moment. I brought my three-year-old child with me. The room the hotel front desk gave me was indeed a sealed room without windows. It was stuffy and smelled like a toilet when I entered the room. Turning on the air conditioner was considered to be a relief. When I came back the next day, I asked the front desk to change rooms. As a result, the front desk Kochi room was full and there was no change. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service and helped communicate. Ctrip customer service was very helpful. They immediately contacted the hotel to solve the problem and told me that the experience was not good and I checked out immediately. They would negotiate with the hotel later. I got a satisfactory result. Big brand merchants are trustworthy. I have been a member of Ctrip for many years and can always solve problems satisfactorily. 👍
