Its very good place! I hope i will back to it in next year. Combini about 6 minutes, subway about 6 minutes. Ueno about 2 stops. Very good location, pleasure administration. On the morning you can get free coffe and umbrelas if rain is going.

The floor wasn’t so clean and there is no daily room cleaning. The location is pretty convenient when there’s no snow, but unfortunately the snow fell hard during our stay, so it’s difficult to travel with luggage & baby stroller. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Having washing machine & cloth dryer right in the room is a big plus! (Very handy! Love it!)

Near to minowa station, residential area, quite far from shopping center. The soundproof of the room is not that good, we can hear from above room and the corridor, but overall all the guests seem just back for sleep only, so it was not that noisy. For this price, everything seemed good enough.

Hotel so comfy, i wrong sent our lagguage but still safe in hotel. You must try the hotel. The hotel same with apart. Washing machine for free. Staff so humble and good

The hotel was great, clean, most of the staff are incredibly nice people! The room was cleaned on schedule, the reception was open almost 24 hours a day. The hotel had an elevator, which is not so common in Japan. Convenient location, only 5 minutes to the metro, about 2 to the nearest store.

Very close to the subway station, there is a 24-hour supermarket, and McDonald's is nearby. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and there is a washing machine for washing clothes! The service is very good, and the value is really good!

Got to experience one of the larger rooms at the hotel which was amazing for my family of 4. The staff were all absolutely lovely and always willing to help. Very clean. Little kitchenette which was very beneficial. Would definitely stay again. It was also very quiet, away from the busier areas but so close to everything.

Lovely hosts, gorgeous neighbourhood and exceptionally clean. One of the few places we could find with room for two kids and two adults where we didn’t need separate hotel rooms. It is a bit further out compared to other places but we felt it was more of a genuine Japanese experience due to this. We love Japan, we love Tokyo and we enjoyed our hotel stay very much.

This Hotel is not recommended for all tourist who visit Tokyo. The staff very rude,we’re coming late check in and didn’t expect this kind of staff behavior. We wait at the lobby more than 5 minutes and suddenly this rude staff comes without say anything and give order very rude. My wife have a half Japanese blood feels very sad to see this kind of person. Please tale action to your staff to avoid unnecessary problems in the future
