Hotel location is greater, close to the station, easy to get to other attractions. Staff are nice, welcoming drinks are offered. They provided free amenities, you can get some facial cleansing products at the lobby. The hotel is new and full of Christmas vibe, great place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good, it's near the metro and JR, the Ameyoko market is also nearby so it's very convenient. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious, however, if you intent to stay for many days the main course may get a little boring since the options are the same each day. One of the downsides of the hotel is that there are not a lot of light bulbs in the room, making the room dim.

This property is tucked away from the main bust part of Ueno but yet very accessible ; a 7 minute walk to train station and market . there are plenty of convenient stores to choose from . the hotel's restaurant is also a must try .

It was a great pleasure to stay in Nogha Hotel, the location is excellent with just about 10 min walk from Ueno JR. The information desk is helpful in advising us to take the elevator near exit 2 so we did not need to carry the luggages up the stairs. The hotel is clean and nicely designed.  The most attractive part of the room is the B&O Bluetooth speaker. There are many restaurants around the hotel which we can find many delicious choices.

The hotel is really nice and cozy. The breakfast was really good. There was a breakfast set with buffet line of salad and bread. The staffs is well trained and speak English really good. Over all is great.

Wonderful experience with very friendly staff! The room was clean and tidy. I especially enjoyed the welcome drinks! All the daily products such as lotion, face cleanser and toothbrush are all very high quality. I especially like the design of the room which the toilet is separated into dry and wet sections. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing hotel ! Convenient, New, Clean and Spacious, even for 3 people of us, and good breakfast. Good to stay here if you go through Narita Airport.

The wash basin in the room (instead of inside the bath) makes the area wet and unpleasant. The cafe manager and service staff are not attentive which appears rude.

The hotel is located not far from JR Ueno station and Tokyo Metro Ueno Station. Room amenities are well sufficient and in good condition. Staff service is good with highly attentive.

The hotel room we booked is very clean and spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases. It is only a 2-minute walk to the MRT station, and daily housekeeping service is available.

If you like simple yet elegant hotel, then Nogha is definitely the one. The location is very convenient, room is very spacious compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo. There are a couple of convenient stores nearby, walking distance to Ueno zoo, Tokyo Museum and Ueno station. If you want to shop around, the OIOI is just minutes away. Definitely recommend staying!
