Cosy hotel, room may be little small but still comfortable. Nice food should take the breakfast in the hotel. Well located.

Jest perfect!

Not much choice of breakfast and housekeeping only done taking rubbish and change bedsheets. No new towel and water refill until we request.

It is a very nice hotel, with unique design, friendly service, and very clean. 3 mins to Ueno station, 10 mins to Kyosei ueno Skyliner, convenient place to stay. Will definitely stay in here next time when I visit Tokyo.

Staff are nice, room is good, bed is good, but found insect in the refrigerator.

The hotel is quite new, close to JR station & subway Hibiya line exit 3. Not too far from ginza line, but need to walk a bit if you take Keisei Skyliner. Hotel offer very good breakfast selections, chhose a main and get the rest from fresh fruit & salad bar. Ueno is not exactly at the heart of tokyo... so you do not see the crowd like Shinjuku, Shibuya or Ginza. There is no high class department stores, or fancy supermarkets. But there is a small OIOI, and few drugstores, so one star deduction from location. I love the hotel, but not sure about staying in a hotel in Ueno area.

Relatively new hotel with modern decor. Really liked the vibes/design of the hotel and room. We found the room pretty spacious for Tokyo, def enough space to open two luggage. Under 10 min walk from JR Ueno (plus no need to climb stairs) so that was good for us with the luggage. Hotel is on the less bustling side of Ueno, but still very convenient for us to access the busy Ameyoko side of Ueno. We didn’t dine there but we always saw lots of locals dining at the lobby bistro, so I would think it must be pretty good.

Nice location near by train station and restaurants surprising good in shower’s speed & water temperature in Japan hotel. Very nice air condition.

Very clean and excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but was enough for 3of us.

The hotel is a gem, the hardware are top notch. It’s using Balmuda water boiler, shampoo from Osaji, a gym, welcome wines: drinks, a cozy balcony on the 2F for us to chill out. Location wise is impeccable - it is conveniently located in a serene street within a hustling neighbourhood. Just 3-5 mins walk to the metro and JR station. 1010 mall next door. Services is the best part, front desk staff speaks good English and very helpful. We left our large luggage for two nights there as we took a short trip to the suburbs and return for the last night in Tokyo before flying back and our luggage is already in our room. We do not need to carry our large luggage all the way up to the room. Really appreciated their thoughtful service. Whenever we walked into the lobby, we are always greeted by friendly staffs. Thank you Will definitely return next time. Highly recommended . It is so much better than Mitsui Garden we stayed last time in Ueno.

Lobby and restaurant looks good. The room size is ok and deco is nice, but the room arrangement is not user friendly  When one get up earlier and start getting ready , the light will affect another’s sleep The house keeping service sucks , they have just move all our pajamas, used clothes on bed to our luggage ( without folding, just like u threw it to the luggage)  The reception’s service is not good, we book several nights with different vendors , (trip. Com and also directly from hotel etc) we already told the staff when we check in , but they didn’t arrange the same room for us and provide the upgrade option at the very beginning. Only after the first night, they disabled our key card and told us that we need to change the room another day or pay for the upgrade fee. Tho the amount is not much, it caused so much inconvenience to us , we have dated our fd near by for late food , but the process took us 15 mins as we need to drop our heavy bags(after outlet shopping)

location is good. staff and service is nice…walkable distance to train station. food is easily find in the neighbourhood.

5-10 min walk from Ueno station and easy to get to from skyliner. The hotel has upgraded the room to duluxe double.
