Fantastic location! It’s close to JR and Metro lines with direct connection to Haneda Airport, and another station within walking distance. Lots of food options around. Quiet and safe at night, very convenient!

A neat hotel that has many automated facilities from the robot check-in/out counters to luggage storage rooms. We had our room request fulfilled, lovely Tower view from our corner room on the top floor. The LG styler was a bonus - helped with refreshing our clothes after a great J-BBQ dinner. Just 10 mins walk from JR Hamamatsucho station or Haneda Monorail, 15 mins walk to Tokyo Tower and 3 mins away from Daimon subway below. We would stay here again!

Everything is fine under their offered price except the bathroom tub is clogged the drain. Fortunately, they solve this problem and let us to have enjoyable shower.

We have a great time there. The LG styler will help you a lot. You dont need to prepare so much cloth for the trip anymore.

location is good. Just minutes away from JR, Monorail and Subway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance too. The self check in and check out is easy to use and efficient.

The room was small, not completely clean with dusting. Food was okay, not a lot of choice.

Perfect location: subway and train station in 2 minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants near. A vacuum machine for apparel - that’s a huge plus, since we spent lots of money on purchases.

Great location, 5mins walk to subway station. Japanese standard clean but the room is just a little small.

Awesome location esp if travelling via Haneda. Does not have toiletries like most other hotels.

Great location for me, was able to visit the places I wanted to go to without many transfers, making the transport easier and less stressful. It was clean, had a nice night view and sunrise view from my room. Very handy to both Hamamatsucho and Daimon Stations.

It's right beside the monorail or metro from henada airport. No better place to choose. With a LG styler and excellent Tokyo tower view.

We were welcome with robots. It is cute. Anyway try to use the express check in. Your check in will be very fast. Everything is smooth.

No staff seen at all. No front counter staff. Amenities were very limited, unlike usual Japanese hotels

A very interesting stay @ HENN NA HAMAMATSUCHO! We were served by 2 friendly robots at the reception counter. We even had our suitcases sent from Karuizawa to the hotel by the Yamato Delivery service. Had a spacious room with a mini sofa set in the room! Will SURELY recommend the hotel to friends. The location is SUPERB! It is near the Daimon Subway Station & Hamamatsucho Station too! Excellent location! The luggage storage for travellers who will be departing late for their flight was on the second floor of the hotel. It was easy to lock our suitcases in the luggage room! Upon departure to Haneda Airport, there was a monorail directly to Haneda Airport! I simply love the location! Will be staying in this hotel during my next trip to Tokyo!
