Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji Ginza Premier Reviews

Exceptional location if you're planning to visit Tsukiji Outer Market、Ginza、Toyosu altogether. Parking is on the pricy end at JPY3300 a night and you will have to trouble staff every time you get and park the car (mechanical car park). I'm sure they're happy to but still! Communication with the hotel was smooth and professional. I was very happy when they reserved parking for me and asked again during check in. We could communicate fluently with them so the whole process was very pleasant. Overall the hotel is more on the professional side and definitely live up to the 4 star rating. Free coffee and soft drinks, public bath and lounge were all included so it's great value as well. Toilet/ shower follows Japanese hotel size but I can't complain! I particular was in love with the wallpaper pattern. Did I mention the birds/ forest sound in the hallway at night? That was something else.

This was our first stay upon arriving in Japan for our 2 weeks trip. The first impression of the room is pretty small but it was able to open 4 luggage by alternating. We were impressed with the shower pressure (it was the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed) and the breakfast were pretty good although the selections were pretty much the same throughout our stay. Location wise, we were pretty traumatised pushing our luggage (2 big 1 small 2 backpacks) as the walking distance from the sub train station was quite far. There is a family mart right beside the hotel which had pretty decent selections. The walk to the main Ginza area takes about 20minutes which wasn’t as convenient as we thought. There is onsen, laundry machine and luggage transport service available but we only managed to use the laundry machine which wasn’t a pleasant experience as I had to head down to the laundry room multiple times to check whether there is available machine for use (which ended up being full and wasted my trips). Could incorporate an app or TV update to show the usage of the laundry machines which 2 out of 4 of the hotels we stayed had, definitely very helpful and time saving)

The room is good and new, and this hotel have a big public bath room isnot bad and provide the free drink. Service also are good the recenptionest speak English well and passion for me.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast and convenient location, just next to Tsukiji Outer Market and 8-9 minutes walking distance from Metro station. Definitely will visit again!

Provided toothbrush and toothpaste Only two bottles of water per day so have to buy it myself from downstairs Family Mart About 15-20 minutes walk to the East Ginza subway station A bit expensive considering its room size, room service, location,etc. Can take a walk to the nearby bridge and see the Tokyo tower

Room is ok spacious. Breakfast is good with various type of food. Location is very convenient to Tsukiji Market. Having hot bath is very nice after walking a whole day.

nice place, lots of amenities like a public bath and a reading lounge. checkout time is ridiculously early for a biz hotel, rooms are small and it is a little out there in terms of location but i had a good stay there. no regrets, just wish they had better pillows.

Around two kilometers from Tokyo main train station and a few hundred meters to a few subway stations. The location is very convenient for a vacation in Tokyo. Also, right next to the fish market (the wholesale part of the market have moved though). The public bath is very very nice and the breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Also I would recommend hotel guests that want to to find restaurants in the vicinity to cross the bridge to Kachidoki. There are a lot of nice restaurants there and even a street dedicated to the dish Monja (see picture).

It’s great that it is a 15mins away walk to the shopping district. And I have 3 Tokyo lines around us to go around Tokyo easier. Their hotel breakfast was delicious as well. Service was great and house keeping was prompt and clean. Will Book again :)

My overall experience was average. The bed felt smaller than a standard queen size, and the 10 AM check-out time was a bit early. The service wasn’t great—staff forgot our request for an extra pillow and asked us to collect an adapter from the reception instead of bringing it to the room. The only positive was the free-flow drinks available at the reception area.
