Nice place, enough space in the little bed, clean, practical, well placed with all the amenities needed, you can “rent” a towel for 500 yens, the shower are convenient (I just wish people would be more careful with hair and stop leaving it everywhere) The check in/ check out was a bit confusing but really simple : you need need to collect your paper and write your informations (I was expecting more so I wasn’t sure I did everything properly haha) I will definitely consider coming here again if I ever go back to Tokyo

Do not recommend. They cancelled my reservation upon arrival. Weeks later, still no refund a couple weeks later. No response to inquiries.

The location was pretty good - 5 mins away from JR, 2 mins away from a Lawson/711. There is also a drug store nearby and a commercial beef rice store. I was skeptical at first cause it had 24 bedrooms. But everyone were relatively considerate and quiet. The dorms only have much space for you to sit around in the common room though

amenities was acceptable. quite clean as well. my only concern is the location, it is situated right above a bar, at night the street is really dark and quite scary for a female who is alone. here comes the problem, upon checking in, i was uncomfortable with the location. i wanted to change the span of my stay but the hostel declined my refund with no actual explanation. disappointing experience.

Good to solo travel especially if you just need to sleep. They provide locker within key and amenities are complete

Pretty good location in Akihabara, quite close to a few convenient stores (closest one is 1~2minute walk). Overall satisfied by the BnB Hotel, just wish there was more hangers for wet towels to air dry. For the shared area outside of the bedrooms, there wasn't any air conditioning or fans. It was very hot during hotter seasons even during night time. It makes it difficult for people to make phone call, or just using the shared space for any purpose due to the uncomfortable temperature. (You'll sweat even if you're just sitting). I might consider visiting again if I want to stay in Akihabara, but I'll rather find somewhere closer to Ikebukuro since there's where I go most often.

nice place to stay for single traveller. kind a tricky to check in use the ipad. since i dont get the code thru email. lucky a japanese girl help me to call the hostel staff so i can get it. apparently its not just my problem. others had it too

First so travel experience, and this was honestly quite good. The bathrooms were clean (aside from some hair here and there, but it’s a women’s hostel what do you expect) and cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Got super dark in each pod which was perfect, and even in the summer, it wasn’t too hot (despite it saying there’s no AC there are some small units that keep the area a good temperature). I wish check in hours were a little more flexible especially considering that there’s no staff there anyway? But overall really good (close to many subway lines) and I would stay again for sure!!

Welcoming and kind staff, every service available, even a small bathtub, hair straightener and all the accessories for the toilet, the places to sleep are somewhat reminiscent of cemetery niches but are clean and equipped with light, curtains, duvet and power point, everything is very clean, about 30 minutes from the station, many good restaurants for all tastes in the area! A nice experience

From check in to check out, everything is done by yourself over a tablet so you almost never see the staff except for when they show up to clean. The place can be somewhat difficult to find. There was no sign outside when I arrived and I ended up walking back and forth up the street before I finally found the place. They did put out a sign on the other days though. The dorm is pretty small but you have plenty of space in your bed. You also have a privacy curtain that does a great job at blocking out the lights from the dorm. There are notes inside the showers warning you to not shower for longer than 10 minutes at a time, otherwise there won’t be any hot water left. I didn’t test to see if that was really the case but it can be worth to keep in mind if you’re someone who enjoys long hot showers. The hostel is a short walk from a number of stations as well as Akihabara so you’re pretty well-connected. At the same time it’s in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t have to worry about noise to ruin your sleep.
