We booked 3 rooms this time all our family members are very satisfied with our stay the best in Tokyo and this is the only one hotel I stayed more than 2 times in Tokyo. No doubt it’s lots more better than Aman.

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! I reported it to the front desk and they dealt with it.
