It's the most joyful family in Japan when I come back! Although a bit old, hygiene is absolutely fine. There is a shuttle service to jr toba, about 5 minutes by car. The hotel has Chinese staff. Ctrip is not very honest. The so-called sea view room is just a sea view at the end of the view. The open-air experience is very good! Breakfast is mainly Japanese, with many varieties, personally prefer. Check out at 10 o'clock, unfortunately I did n’t enjoy it. If possible, I will go to Toba again.

3月8日に宿泊しました。7階757号室です。毎年伊勢参りに行くのですが、その際にいつも宿泊施設選定に困っていました。「いまいちだったね～」とか「酷かったね～」という感想しか出ない宿が多かったからです。特に前年の宿（前年度投稿参照）はとんでもない宿でした。そのとんでもない宿よりトリップアドバイザー上でのランキングが下である戸田家さん･･････こういうこともあり、最初は期待していなかったのですが、今回の宿泊でその自分の考えを訂正させられました。結論から言えば「素晴らしい宿」です。私の評価の基準は「人（の動き）」です。そこで働いていらっしゃる方の立ち居振る舞いが良ければ、宿は必然的に内的にも外的にも良くなります。こちらの宿のスタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしかったです。したがってよく見ると、建物や部屋の造りは古くても、手入れが行き届いているのがよく分かります。またスタッフの皆さんの努力で古さを魅力に変えようという努力の跡も見受けられます。もちろん新しいことを取り入れてカスタマーを喜ばせようという点もあります。特に食事場所での御料理の提供の仕方や料理内容にそれが見受けられました。あえて、それでもマイナス点を指摘すれば、温泉へのアクセス路に風情がない点と露天風呂の足場が本当に滑りやすいので、特に高齢者は気を付けないと危ないと感じた点です。いずれにせよ、私の毎年の伊勢詣での宿泊経験から言えば、戸田家さんは堂々1位です。来年も宿泊予定です。

The hot spring facilities are relatively complete, including towels, face toners and lotions. 4. They have mountain village milk. You must buy this and drink it at any time. On the next itinerary, we only saw three bottles in the convenience store of Xiandao Station. The fruity flavor is particularly delicious.

Have loved Toba for many years..and stayed at the Toba Grand many times. Only on 1 occasion was I lucky enough to stay in a Sakura room on the 8th floor…but not so lucky on this my last stay in Toba. The good points: 1.Free shuttle to/from the hotel and the driver handed out wet towels on this occasion 2.Welcome drinks in the lobby 3.A good selection of food for dinner & breakfast 4.The hot spring baths are good. The bad points: 1.The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment in the rooms on 6th & 7th floors/Badly stained & old windows and the room and bathroom/toilet are out of date. 2.The restaurant area is really dirty in certain places and insects can be seen running about!The were too many families with young children here this time and the restaurant was crowded all the time it seemed. 3.The Japanese staff have no English language skills…but the abundance of Nepalese staff at this hotel at present helps a little in that regard. This hotel has a wonderful location…and if you want to look out at the water then it is good…but as mentioned Toba seems to be a neglected area in many respects…and this is certainly true for this hotel at present.

The hotel is close to JR Toba Station. The room is large and there is an ore hot spring bath. It is a role in treating diabetes. There are not many guests in the hotel, which is almost equivalent to a private hot spring.

Kintetsu Bird feather station 1 exit call, 10 minutes later there is a sea lion minibus to pick up, 10 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The hotel is a family operating, it seems that there are parents and children, etc. The facilities and equipment are old, but very comfortable, there are some, and the big bath is very comfortable. Guests are rarely or even advantageous, and the place is clean. The location of the hotel is the greatest advantage and the view is excellent. The front desk recommends dinner to the fisherman's restaurant, there is a car transfer, the restaurant is very popular, the weight is sufficient, the price is slightly higher, pay attention to cash. The hotel has a small shuttle bus to Kintetsu bird feather station every half hour from 8 am to 10 am. From 15 pm to 19 pm, you can pick up guests from the phone to Kintetsu bird feather station to return to the hotel.

I also take the morning bus to the Kintetsu Station (the road will pass through the aquarium, and after communication, I can stop at the entrance to the aquarium) Second, about the room: We booked a triple room (children go to elementary school this year). There is almost no electronic equipment in the room, the door is a very old bullet lock, and even the safe is a key. There is no washing machine in the hotel. The nearest laundry room is about 30 minutes walking distance. I wash my clothes at the hotel. Remember not to hang on the wooden railings of the balcony. 3. About food: The package includes breakfast and dinner. Because of staying for two nights, the hotel is very intimate and has prepared different packages for us for 2 days. The lobster, abalone and beef ingredients are the same, and the production method is different. In addition, the dinner is eaten at the restaurant. If you need to eat in the room and each person has to charge more than 100 RMB, it feels unnecessary. We still choose to eat at the restaurant. Dinner time will be reserved at check-in, there will be two choices of 6 o'clock and 7:30. During the dinner, the waiter will go to your room to make a bed. Fourth, other The hotel has Chinese services, one girl is Chinese, others are only Japanese, and English communication is difficult. The soup is divided into indoor and outdoor. The two places are separate and need to be re-dressed. The indoor soup is a big pool, the outdoor soup has a big pool and a small pool of roses. There are a variety of shampoos at the entrance to the soup for guests to choose from, as well as milk and ice cream, which tastes good. The hotel is mainly Japanese guests and only met two Hong Kong people during the period.

Very close to Toba Station. From Toba Station to Pearl Island or Aquarium, it is the only way, so it is very convenient. The hotel has natural hot springs. The only downside is that occasionally there will be small bugs in the room. But compared to hotels in the suburbs of Beijing, it is still much cleaner. Good value for money hotel in Toba. The Japanese-style tatami space is quite large, not the 6 square meters reported by Ctrip, it should be considered as 6 posts! About ten square meters. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet room is on the left of the door and the bathtub is on the right. Because there are natural hot springs, we did not use the bathtub in the room. The hotel provides disposable towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be taken away. The towels are thin but the quality is okay. You can’t put your own things in the refrigerator because it’s said that it’s mischarging. To avoid trouble, it’s really useless. Convenience stores at Toba Station close at about 9 o'clock, restaurants generally close at 6 o'clock, other than that, there are no convenience stores nearby. So if you arrive late, you must buy food at the departure station.

Lived in Room 501 that day. The window lock is broken and there is no one to repair it, which makes the security insecure! The water from the shower head drains into the bathtub 🛀... (So disgusting...). There are not enough parking spaces, and two parking spaces are occupied by those motorcycles. I dare not go out at will, for fear that there will be no parking spaces after returning! It is inconvenient to go up many stairs when dragging luggage by hand! However, it is worthy of praise: a waitress helped to take a piece of luggage, thank you very much...! Because I only stayed for one night, I don’t plan to stay in this hotel again in the future!
