Disappointing experience as I have stayed here before a year ago. All rooms had airconds removed, capsule is so stuffy I have to sleep with the door open. Other than that, place is clean and fantastic location.

I stated here last year.And this time is second time. This was so good place that Same as before I will stay here next time too. Thank you🙆🏽♂️

no personel to greet you, it s a problem if you are a tourist without Malaysian phone. All the rest is perfect, clean, quiet.

Highly recommended! It’a affordable and yet still offer a good quality space. The overall place is new, clean, and modern. Got outdoor space to sit and relax as well. The toilet is very clean and well maintained. Overall capsule experience was great and comfortable. Located in the city center, it’s so easy to visit nearby shopping malls. If you’re looking for affordable and good stay, i would highly recommend this place.

Hygiene is worrying. There is a disgusting human body odor in the capsule. The bedsheets are very thin and there is no cushion to separate the guests. It will smell in less than a month. Changing the bedsheets is useless. The mattress has not been disinfected and has been permeated with human body odor. The good reviews on the Internet are all fake orders. Don't be fooled. The merchant will send WhatsApp to ask guests to give good reviews and return RM10 for the next stay. The next morning, I left the store and disinfected my body with disinfectant spray. I couldn't stand it. Penang was fully booked that night and I could only make do with five hours and left the store immediately. The store must have argued that there was nothing wrong with their capsule hotel. The point is that cleaning doesn't cost a few cents. This kind of thing should be reviewed in depth. Unprofessionalism leads to a bad experience for guests. The last two pictures are sent for self-service check-in. There is a fine of RM30 for storing in the wrong locker. Is it so expensive? The key is that the store requires guests to check in by themselves
