Amy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

It is worthy of being a four-star hotel in Tianshui. The service is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it makes people feel at home. I will come here often in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

It was my first time in Tianshui. Tianshui Hotel is considered a well-established hotel there. I felt it was pretty good. The lobby was magnificent. The hotel room looked good and comfortable. The bathroom did not have a water partition. The restaurant looked good and had special delicacies.

It is very quiet to sleep at night, the bedding is comfortable, the overall service is satisfactory, the front desk staff is enthusiastic, and the hygiene is cleaned every day. In short, I feel safe living here

Hotel location is very good, very close to Fuxi Temple, Tianshui City Museum and Tianshui Ancient City, Tianshui Ancient City night view is very good, the parent-child room is very large, the two big and one small live very comfortable, very quiet, that is, the breakfast variety is less, others are very good!

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

The room is older than the photos on Ctrip. The bathroom is newer than the room. It is likely to have been renovated later. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Tianshui. From the name of the hotel, it can be seen that they are a couple, Kelly Rose. They want to manage their hotel well. I can give them 90 points. The ladies at the front desk are very good. But they lack the training of how to treat people in a certain star hotel.
