The hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good.
The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service!
The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!

RROSE TANGOThere are many places to eat around the hotel, and there is a bus stop within a few steps, making it very convenient to eat and travel. The hotel environment and facilities are great. The room is very clean and quiet. I can have a good rest. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the cleaning lady is also very friendly.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean and odorless, and the bedding is comfortable. Although there is no heating, the room is warm and the temperature is suitable. The windows facing the street are not very soundproof and a bit noisy in the morning. The breakfast is OK, but the hot dishes are left open and they are cold when you eat them. When I went there, the fried mushrooms were just served and they were still quite hot. I covered the lid after serving them, and I covered the lids of other hot dishes with my hands after serving them. When I turned around, a chef came out and opened all the lids. What is this operation? The temperature in the restaurant is not high, why do you deliberately let the dishes cool down? ! I can't understand.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. There was a fully automatic washing machine that I could wash clothes while exercising. The breakfast was very rich and there were many kinds. I got up late in the morning. After I went there, the chef cut a piece of fruit for me. , I ordered a wonton and went to Fuxi Temple in the ancient city in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied and will come back next time.

The shower switch is the most complicated in the hotel I stayed in, as shown in the picture. After studying it for a long time, it’s better to make it simpler!

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

EErbaoba優點：1.離景區近，不到2公里；2.房間卧具乾淨衞生；3.沒有蚊子（不知道是地理原因還是氣候原因）.4.停車方便.5.服務還不錯.6.餐食可以另外預訂（沒吃，不知道菜品口味如何）.
缺點:1.去景區的路是單行道，回來得從河對岸繞回來，目前對岸在修路，可以抄近路從河道上的臨時路開回來.打個車或者坐公交車去景區大門，而且也衹有這個選擇，因為開車去景區的停車場也不對私家車開放。2.三人間沒有衞生間，衹能用公共衞生間和淋浴（兩人間有衞生間，是否有淋雨不確定）.3.沒有空調，但是即便是8月10號左右，晚上也非常涼快，衹有17度，還要蓋被子。4.酒店掛的牌子是雕塑博物館，一開始以為走錯地方了。
