The room facilities are very simple and new, and the living experience is very good. The tourism service during the Spring Festival holiday in Tianshui this year was not very good. We ate Eden Garden Malatang, but there was no place to eat it, so we had to pack it up and take it back to the hotel. I ate Mark's Grab-and-Go at night, but there was no place to eat it, so I had to take it away. There is a microwave at the hotel front desk, which was very helpful in heating up the food for us. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked me if I wanted disposable chopsticks. We were supposed to visit Maiji Mountain the next day, but the lady at the front desk said that it was snowing heavily and the park might be closed, so she suggested that we call the scenic spot. When I called the phone, it turned out to be turned off, so I saved myself a wasted trip. In general, this hotel is relatively good in Tianshui, and the living experience is also very good, especially the twin room, which has a good view of the river. The hot and cold water in the shower seemed to be flowing. It was obviously very embarrassing to have hot water coming out even though it was completely cold. It took a while for it to recover... The decoration is older, and the breakfast is average, but the small balcony is actually It's quite comfortable... What can I say? Staying in the Harmony Garden is really a pleasant experience. The garden is not only beautiful, but the hotel's services are first-class. The hotel, dining, and playing are arranged properly by the manager Xiaoliang. We flew thousands of kilometers to come here. I really didn't stay enough. PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

GGuest UserThe King Room with Window at Hanting Hotel that I stayed in this time exceeded my expectations overall! The room is of moderate size, with a simple and warm layout, and the design of original wood tones makes people feel relaxed. The big bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can sleep without any pressure until dawn. What I am most satisfied with is the windows in the room, which provide ample lighting and good ventilation. The sunlight coming in in the morning is particularly soothing, and at night I can see the street lights, without feeling oppressive at all. The hygiene details are in place, there are no obvious stains on the floor, table and toilet, the air conditioner cools quickly and quietly, the shower water pressure is stable, and there is plenty of hot water. We finally chose Mercure Hotel with our family. From the moment we placed an order for Mercure Hotel, we started to enjoy the hotel's services before we arrived. The thoughtful Xiao Ma sent me the location of the underground parking lot. I was frozen when I got off the bus from Guangxi to Gansu. I was warmed by the clean elevator, bright lobby, and thoughtful service of the front desk staff. The hotel room facilities are smart, the bathroom is clean, there are many breakfast varieties, and the laundry and gym facilities are new. I have experienced all the facilities and services of the hotel one by one. It's really great 👍 When I checked out the next day, Xiao Ma at the front desk not only sent a lot of bottles of water, but also sent hot water. AAnonymous UserHotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

You have to come back from the other side of the river. At present, the road is being built on the other side. You can take a shortcut and drive back from the temporary road on the river. Take a taxi or take a bus to the gate of the scenic spot, and there is this choice. Because the parking lot to drive to the scenic spot is not open to private cars. 2. There is no bathroom in the triple room, and the toilet and shower can be used (the two have a bathroom, whether there is rain is not sure). 3. There is no air conditioning, but even around August 10, the night is very cool, the toilet has 17 degrees, and the quilt has to be covered.
