Popular Tianjin 4-star Hotels

Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin

rooms are a little dated and a little miss match in colour scheme and floor in the washroom has the last customers hair but either then that everything was great. Would recommend if you have a flight next day or so this hotel is very close to the airport and a free Mercedes shuttle you can book at the front desk for free to take you to airport

The service building is right next to the Astor Hotel, so you can walk over to visit the historic hotel. The hotel room faces the Haihe River, with endless views. The room has a large bed and a single bed, which can accommodate three people. The room has a kitchen and simple kitchenware, equipped with a microwave, induction cooker and refrigerator, which can be used to make simple meals. The bathroom is quite large, with a washing machine.

I came to Tianjin for New Year's Eve. I compared several hotels and finally decided on this one. The check-in experience was really good. The front desk reception was very warm and gentle, especially Li Yan and Ma Tao. They also upgraded the room for free. The room was also very clean, the location was also very good, and the price/performance ratio was very high!

The lobby is fragrant and smells good. There is also chrysanthemum tea, which you can mix as you like. There is a study room on the first floor, which is very quiet. The room is nice and clean, and the front desk service is superb. The location is very good, convenient to go everywhere, Tianjin is a good city

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main areas to visit for a first timer in Tianjin. The train and subway station are in the vecinity for exploring ther thibgs further away. Im addition, the staff of the hotel was very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.
