Great hotel! Wonderful beach, pool and gym amenities. Restaurants and on property services were great and not overpriced.

Golf course was closed an we were not informed beforehand

It was a wonderful place where my family and I could enjoy a comfortable trip. I'd like to stay longer next time if given the chance. It seems like it would be a good idea to prepare in advance for the lack of amenities around the hotel.

Modern hotel with a beautiful design and in a good location. The highlight would be the beach, which is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide and comfortable rooms. The hotel should have at least one more restaurant, since the main restaurant closes two days per week. It would also be worthwhile to have bar/restaurant service on the beach. Nevertheless, it is a hotel that I would highly recommend.

We loved every aspect about the hotel. It was well appointed. The rooms were amazing. The service was great. The sister property was a nice bonus. The beach was awesome and not a piece of plastic was seen on the beach or in the ocean. The check-in experience was pleasantly memorable with leis and welcome beverage. The reuseable water bottle may be the best gift I have received ever. We will be back and hopefully stay longer and more often.

The room was quiet and bright. The reception department prepared small gifts with great care. I also saw a kitten outside the window. When I opened the window, there was a private space for the customers, which was directly connected to the swimming pool.

The beach is nearby and you can borrow towels for the pool. The room cleaning is also satisfactory.

I visited this place during the honeymoon and couldn't forget the perfection, so I visited it again It's a place where I want to visit every year, with the condition/view/facilities/service+the pretty night sky Hapuna Beach is the best beach in Hawaii👍 Isn't it the #1 place to stay in the Big Island?

The pool facilities and view were great. It was especially nice that there was a golf course inside the resort and everything could be done inside. I would visit again.

After staying for 5 nights, there were a total of 3 mice in the room. One of them climbed directly along the wall to the ceiling, just above the head of the bed. Later, I brought two sticky mouse boards to take away two of them. After telling the front desk about this situation, the hotel only helped reduce the parking fee. Maybe it was because we seemed too talkative? pest control is needed. Come if you like Mickey Mouse 🤡

The hotel's location is unique, but it still takes more than half an hour's drive from the attractions. I booked a twin room with sea view. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a partial sea view room. I felt something was not right on the spot, so I immediately took out the order to check. , pretending to look for it for a long time before saying it was a mistake. But you have to pick it up after 16:00. Okay, so we went to the scenic spot first and came back to get a room in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we got a room that was super far away, and we could see that it was all houses (as shown in Figure 1). It seemed to be no different from the partial sea view? I responded to Ctrip and said that I need to contact the agent. The agent contacted me for a long time and said that the resort fee will be waived for the last 2 days of the 3 days and a hotel voucher of 100 US dollars... I can only admit it. The entire hotel environment is still very beautiful. I don’t know if it is targeted at China. I'm very impatient when I ask the guest room to pick up something and throw it away. In addition, the children's swimming pool is being renovated and the dust is very big. Anyway, I will definitely not come here next time in Oshima. It is more convenient to book a hotel near Captain Cook directly.
