We are Kaamaina and were able to take advantage of the last minute deal to get a lovely room for my husband and my son and I. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

good location

The facilities are very old, the bathtub does not drain well and the shower is not fixed... The lights are dark, but additional lights are not provided. It's already cold in Hawaii because it's winter season, but only the air conditioner works and no heater is provided. The gift is a tumbler that smells and drips with iron filings... Amenity is also poor. Next time I go to the Big Island, I will definitely book a different hotel. However, the coffee and cocktails sold at the cafe in Lovire were delicious.

Easy check-in and check-out! Excellent location! The sunset in front of the hotel is beautiful! Shopping is also convenient, so you can go for a walk and buy breakfast when you wake up in the morning! You can enter the pool until 11pm! The jacuzzi by the pool is warm until about 9pm, so it's great to get a drink at the bar and relax in the jacuzzi!

酒店在沒有任何提前通知的情況下，早上9點不到就開始在我們入住的頂層的房間的房頂施工，極大的噪音，不光是無法繼續睡覺，根本無法待在房間裏。電話要求前台跟換房間，多次被前台推脱，實在無法忍受後，衹能親自到前台要求立刻處理，前台才開始協調，但是最終換給我們的房間還是同樣在施工的樓層，第二天早上依舊可以聽到施工的噪音，且原本我們訂的房間是正對着海景，更換後的房間是衹能側面看到海景，完全不是同一個級別的房間。這麼貴的酒店，極其差的服務！！極其差的入住體驗！！絕對不會再入住，也不會推薦給朋友！！
