I have a good experience in this hotel with good services so friendly Peoples' here specially cleaning woman so cute and every one want to help you, everything well, happy to met them

The hotel was okay for a short stay and had most of the basic amenities. They do not provide drinking water which would’ve been much appreciated. The one thing that must be improved is the bed, it was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise the place is decent, there’s not much to complain about, you get your money’s worth.

They put us in a building outside. Itvapears we were the onl5ones in that building, and everyone else was in their actual hotel building. I will never book here again

Not satisfied. I gave my clothesline for laundry and I was supposed to get it back the next but it took almost 48hrs. I had to go to the front desk several times to ask for it because there wasn’t any telephone in the room to call front desk

The quilt was not washed at all before the guests stayed. After negotiating to change rooms, it was still the same unwashed room. Does Ctrip official not care?

The staff are very enthusiastic. The rooms are new and clean. The location is good for traveling.

After booking the room, we were taken to the back area. The room was old like a motel outside. There was no mineral water. The room was old compared to the picture, and the soundproofing was poor.

Great value for money. On the day of our stay, there were few guests and it was very quiet. The rooms were new and clean. The Samson Beach area is good during peak season, but I would choose this place.

I made a reservation for two days, stayed for only one day, and moved to another hotel. I was not satisfied with it to that extent. I do not recommend it.

The bathroom has no hot water.

Phòng OK, service OK, giá thành vừa phải. Decor Indochine tuy không phải rất xịn nhưng với 1 khách sạn ở tỉnh thì khá recommend rồi. Mỗi lần đi công tác Thanh Hoá mình đều book ở đây

Mất điện nhưng khách sạn ko có máy phát điện ,quá là nóng và ko chuyên nghiệp
