Very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Only 20 mins to downtown. Highly recommend

Great breakfast. Has ice machine and free water at gym.

The room is big and spacious. Cleaning staff are there everyday in the morning. Parking is free and has plenty of space. Walking distance to the Arizona Mills Mall. Complimentary free breakfast and food is good. The hotel has common Laundry area, has washing machine & dryer. Big bottle of shampoo,conditioner,body wash. Very noisy air conditioning. There's no microwavable plate no kettle. There's 2 elevators at time both are faulty,maintenance staff were unable to diagnose the issue. We're okay to use the stairs though from 6th floor. The dining area is small and is usually crowded.

Love staying here everyone is very helpful from the front to house keeping. This is why I continue to stay here and recommend my family and friends ❤️

The room is big, but it is uncomfortable that the window cannot be opened, and it feels stuffy sometimes. The facilities are relatively old, especially the air conditioner, which makes a loud noise every time it is turned on. Fortunately, I don't need the air conditioner when I sleep at night during the season I went there. The American breakfast was good and had everything you would expect. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic.

The room type is very good, the breakfast is rich in variety, suitable for Chinese tastes, great! The attitude of the front desk and room service was very good, and there was always someone there no matter how late it was. Hygienic, clean, quiet and not noisy

A standard Holiday Inn, neither good nor bad. We booked this place because we were passing by and it is very close to the highway and very convenient for traveling.

The air conditioner was very loud.
