It was great to visit Tehran

First of all the reception of the hotel didn't have any knowledge of English, and no access to international booking sites i was waiting for 8 hours till they received my booking, it wasn't clean and the beds were smelly and i found my mattress had blood stains ( as in the photo). Not recommended at all prices are higher than other hotels and services are more expensive. A bottle of water costs 20 times more than nearby shop.

The room is clean and the location is good. It is close to the subway entrance and the former US Embassy. The staff is good and the front desk is patient. It is great to use snap to book a car. There is also a restaurant with hookah and Iranian specialties 50 meters away (it is on the right corridor when you leave the hotel). I wish your business is prosperous. This is my worst experience in my entire life, zero service hotel, zero communication with customers, cleaning service for a week did not come to do the necessary cleaning, change the sheets or the towels or the bathroom things and it ended badly with a fire at 4 a.m., And for the employees they do not respect the Customers, they knock on the door every hour, they do not let us sleep peacefully and on the last day of the fire, they ask us to leave without giving us an explanation or a refund we were obliged to make a claim with the agency to get our refund

Those who write bad reviews probably compare hotels with Europe. This is Iran and you need to understand this! For this price you can only book economy 3*. I decided to write a review, purely my own view and attitude to cleanliness and everything. I had to stay at this hotel because during the exhibition in Iran, many hotels were full. And after reading the reviews and hoping that the reviews correspond to reality, I booked this hotel. In no way do I want to denigrate or advertise this hotel. I hope that this review will be read by the hotel managers and appropriate changes will be made to the cleanliness and quality of service of the hotel. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is in a good location, that you can walk to the city's attractions on foot and is not far from the grand bazaar. In general, the hotel is built well, but already at the entrance you can feel the lack of lighting. The hotel lacks a general cleaning. The carpets have exhausted their service life, it would be nice to change or at least dry clean the carpets. The room is cleaned at a maximum of a C. There were no towels, we had to ask the service staff using non-verbal communication. Since the staff does not speak English. We received a bath towel, judging by the appearance, the towel had never encountered bleach. Of course, there was no hand towel. If we talk about the cleanliness of the linen, we can also give it a tense three. We had to collect hairs from previous guests. (Unfortunately). The promised Wi-Fi works at the reception. As for breakfast, what can I say?! Again, there is a lack of control from managers. Untimely serving of dishes. You will not remain hungry, but I will not say that you will make a good breakfast. The hotel is quite old, 400 is a bit expensive, 200-250 is acceptable. The toilet is broken and has not been repaired, and the wifi is broken and cannot be used.
