It was 2 problems:
1) The smell of sewage. Interesting that it was in the room (possibly from the air conditioner) and not from the bathroom.
2) Someone opened the door during the night. The next morning I told the receptionist, who, after checking the incident, came back with the information that it was the guest from the next room and that the key is the same for the neighbouring rooms. I'm confused. Is it normal for someone to open your room with their key?
The rest was as expected and in good conditions.
In general, it’s a very solid hotel. Rooms are decent size with good amenities. They provide tooth brushes upon request. Front desk is very friendly and kindly provided us with an early check in. However when asking things like metro directions - ChatGPT was more helpful.
WiFi is in the rooms is quite poor. Impossible to have a video call or watch a movie.
Location is controversial - depends on what u want. There is a metro station just within 2 min walk. There are small coffee shops and local grocery shops. However most of the attractions are located in the other part of the city. So you would have to revel a lot. High rated restaurants are also 3-5km away.
It is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.
