Hello i glad to be stay in this hotel, actually all the service and the facilities are worth it also affordable. you guys can stay here i recommend it because this place also close from public transport like bus stop and metro train.

I enjoyed this hotel which was located very central. The rooftop was nice as well.

I’ve been staying at this hotel in Tbilisi for the past 20 days and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff have been exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my entire stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a stay in Tbilisi — you won’t be disappointed

I recently stayed at a hotel that boasted a great location and affordable rates, and overall, I found it to be worth the money. However, there was one major downside that I must mention. I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. Despite booking a city view room, I was given a room with an extremely poor view. All I could see from my window was a construction site, which was quite disappointing. If you don't mind the lack of a view, then this might not be a problem for you.

Good hotel. It is in a good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly. The only negative, which is actually significant, is that some rooms have very noisy water. We stayed overnight in two rooms and on the first day (in the first room) I woke up at 7 am because there was a terrible noise. I thought that our windows were open and a sprinkler was driving down the street. It turned out that these were pipes with water and apparently someone was taking a shower.. it was very unpleasant, considering that later I couldn’t fall asleep. On the second night (in another room) this did not happen, but there was a feeling that our room could be the source of such noise. Nevertheless, the hotel is good, I hope you are lucky :)

Due to a pipe burst in the city, the hotel was unable to deliver bed linen and bath accessories on time, so check-in took place only after 15:00 local time. We specifically booked a room NOT on the first floor, but upon check-in we were given a room on the first floor. The girl at the reception said that this was the booking they had received. Other guests encountered similar issues upon check-in: some did not have the third bed in their room as stated. Whose fault is this: the hotel's or the website where the booking was made (in my case, trip.com). Bath accessories were delivered a few hours after check-in. The plus was that the hotel went out of its way and moved us from the first floor to a room on the 3rd floor the next day. When booking a room on the 1st floor, be prepared for your floor-to-ceiling windows to be 30 cm from the bed and overlooking the roadway and sidewalk. Most likely, you will keep the windows curtained for the whole day, as there is not enough interior lighting. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear any rustle that happens on the street, in the corridor and neighboring rooms. Since the area is lively, the nightlife right under your window on the 1st floor will not let you sleep peacefully. On other floors it is a little more fun. In the bathroom on the 3rd floor (room 305) the shower cabin is broken - part of the glass partition is missing, so when you take a shower, water was all over the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is good, unfortunately the service was not so good, the room at check-in was not ready at check-in time since we also had to wait, having arrived early, and the rooms nearby were open and in the corridor there were all the dirty linens all afternoon and it was not full the hotel was quite empty. The breakfast certainly not the best. Pool and gym terrible. The view is nice from the terrace but the positive notes stop there. I would not go back

I liked the hotel, they cleaned it every day, the breakfasts were good, friendly, they speak Russian. The downsides were the furniture was a bit old, the sink had a crack. Excellent terrace with wonderful views, overall we were satisfied.
