Perfect and nice staff, hotel and rooms are average

I recently stayed at a hotel that boasted a great location and affordable rates, and overall, I found it to be worth the money. However, there was one major downside that I must mention. I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. Despite booking a city view room, I was given a room with an extremely poor view. All I could see from my window was a construction site, which was quite disappointing. If you don't mind the lack of a view, then this might not be a problem for you.

The location of the hotel is good, unfortunately the service was not so good, the room at check-in was not ready at check-in time since we also had to wait, having arrived early, and the rooms nearby were open and in the corridor there were all the dirty linens all afternoon and it was not full the hotel was quite empty. The breakfast certainly not the best. Pool and gym terrible. The view is nice from the terrace but the positive notes stop there. I would not go back

Stayed for two nights from September 20th to 22nd. The hotel is near the Metsch Church. It is within a half-hour walk to nearby attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel is very standard. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. There is a small balcony and the TV is a bit small. The breakfast is OK. There is a small yard where 2 cars can be parked.

Nice but quite old hotel. Everything looks worn, the bedspread is dirty. Reception staff are polite and friendly. For a short stay it's ok.

We stayed for three days, there was no cleaning or change of towels. The room is on the first floor and really needs repair. Breakfasts are meager, but everything you need is there. The guy at the reception refused to speak Russian, we had to speak English. At the reception, they constantly talked loudly at night, the hotel employees went out to smoke, and prevented us from sleeping. The price and quality of the hotel do not match the stated ones. The only plus of the hotel is its location: next to the metro, bus stop, bridge to the old center and cable car.

The cleaning was bad, the sheets were stained, they did not change the sheets after asking for room cleaning. The location is very good, the breakfast was good

The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very friendly. The hotel facilities are complete. The bedding is very clean. The hygiene is very good. I will stay in this hotel again next time. It is the best choice for travel and business trips

The hotel is located in a very good location (near the Peace Bridge, Freedom Square), everything is clean, there is everything you need (slippers, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar), there is a nice bakery nearby, we took delicious breakfast there flatbreads The only thing is that we arrived at 13:00, check-in was at 14:00 - we didn’t check in until 14:00. In general, this picture is observed in Tbilisi. Although it is clear that they did not check in due to the fact that the room did not have time to clean, it was clear that they had not lived in it for the last 24 hours.
