The beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The room is so comfy with a nice river view. Meanwhile, the staff is so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk Nini. 😊

When we arrived at the hotel, the manager welcomed us including the receptionist (Lasha). He was an amazing person who helped my stay very comfortable. He helped my order food and made sure everything was very comfortable. This goes the same for hotel manager Mariam. She offered us a room change to a higher level with amazing views when requested. She made sure our stay was very comfortable and ensured everything to our likings. Our trip was short however the amazing hotel made it worth every penny.

Very positive stay - new, chic interiors and excellent customer service. I asked the front of house to help me make a call to a sulphur bath for a reservation and he didn't hesitate to help.

Bright decoration, complete facilities, rich breakfast, and great view outside the window! But 80% of the waiters lack smiles. It may not be their fault. Is it the national character or the Soviet legacy? They are more stern to strangers, which reminds me of Hungary and the old East German cities. In addition, although the straight-line distance to the old town is not far, the city road is not friendly to pedestrians and it is a bit tiring to walk there. If there are more smiles, I will recommend this hotel even more!
