request for non smooking room,but get the smooking room because the hotel was full booked..cannot sleep because of the smell of smoke in the roomโ€ฆvery sad because i bring children with me also

Location is pretty good, nearby minimarket and shopes. Services are great. Security helped me out to get wheel chair from lobby.

This check in arrived more than half an hour late.. ordered 2 rooms.. entered the room at half past 3.. I was bored of waiting.. Please wait a little while it's ready... it's been a long time since I was informed that there was a problem with the room... basically it's not very impressive... fortunately while waiting for a long time the children were swimming.
