Our stay at InterContinental Tangshan was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment we entered the hotel, every experience—from check-in at the front desk to settling into our room and dining at the restaurant—was seamless. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home, with special thanks to Miss Xia Jialu for her exceptional service. Her genuine hospitality and willingness to assist with all my inquiries truly enhanced our stay. Thank you, Miss Xia Jialu, for making our visit so enjoyable!

I would like to commend the outstanding job of the front desk and extend my greatness thanks and gratitude especially to Ms Xia JiaLu which have been wonderful in providing exceptional services , help and information during my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels in China. But intercontinental Tangshan really have left me with the most best impression of what customer service and satisfaction is supposed to be. Kudos!!!!

Hotel is excellent, service is perfect. as a business traveller from canada, i enjoyed it. only issue is extremely slow wi-fi, they need to improve on that.

The stay is good, room is spacious and nect to Wanda Shoppnig Mall. Plus, the reception Mina is helpful and friendly making our stay enjoyable

Beautiful hotel located in a convenient location next to mall and snack street. I’m a foreigner, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Complete amenities and clean room. Worth the price.

Good Location, Good service. It would be much better if staff can help me to open the entrance door for my wheel-chaired Dad.
