is so relaxing to have hot spring trip on this hotel. specially, when u finishing the Kumano kodo routes from Kumano Hongū Taisha.

An old hot spring hotel located at the innermost of Tangfeng Hot Spring Street. You need to climb a small slope. Those with suitcases need to pay attention. You should be able to ask the hotel to pick you up. The hotel room is spacious and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the service staff is lovely, the dinner is also a standard Japanese set meal, the large bathroom has open-air and indoor, the water temperature is hot enough, you can recover your physical strength very well, and there is a car to take you to the bus station of Tangfeng Street in the morning.

Before arriving at the hotel, I found that the transportation in the Kumano Hongu area was very inconvenient. I sent an email to the hotel, and they were able to reply within half a day. They also gave transportation suggestions and told us that they could drive to Ukegawa Station to pick us up, which saved us at least 45 minutes. distance. When we arrived at the hotel, the English introduction was very comprehensive, and they could send a car to take us to the bus station the next day, because the nearest bus station was not suitable for our travel time. The hotel provides a detailed bus timetable and a map for hiking from Prince Faxinmen to the palace. The meals and hot springs are typical Japanese style, and I am very satisfied. There were not many people when I checked in. There were outdoor hot springs, separated for men and women. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and there is a young man who can speak Mandarin and is very good. The hotel facilities are slightly older. Luggage can be sent. They can also drive you to the bus stop for free in the morning. But there is nothing around the hotel. It is on a hillside. Get off at Xiatang Peak. There are not many buses.

The view is very nice and the rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I plan to visit again next time I go to the same area. Dinner is delicious. The hot spring water is great.

工作人員服務很好，酒店設施比較舊，但是温泉很好，我們也泡了私人温泉。這個酒店離小鎮大概十分鐘路程，有公交車直接到門口，爬個小坡就行了，整個環境都飄着當地臭臭的硫磺温泉的味道，不過聞着聞着就習慣了。早上工作人員還會開車把我們送到小鎮公交站

服務非常棒 很貼心 雖然設施稍顯年代感 但是體驗很好交通便利 特別是前台和司機先生都為我們提供了細心周到的服務 讓我們熊野行程非常完美

酒店很不錯，有車接送到附近的公交車站，温泉很贊，日式的早餐和晚餐也很有儀式感，服務人員態度都很好，下次還會入住！

Eine super Unterkunft mit sehr tollen Onsen und sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden. Das Essen war vielfältig und sättigend, was nach einer langen Wanderung enorm wichtig ist :D

預算充足無腦沖...從服務到衞生再到設施全部是一流的...早飯晚餐都超級好...温泉有室內室外..有打公共浴池 有私湯 很棒 。距離熊野本宮也很近。

工作人員的服務態度非常好，有接送到Jr站的額外服務，酒店環境不錯，露天温泉很有意境，就是酒店的設施有點陳舊
