The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

Before arriving, the hotel sent a letter requesting a list of the guests staying at the hotel. Without one, they would have to pay an additional $77.70 per person upon arrival. Fortunately, we were able to communicate with customer service and were able to avoid providing it without any additional charges. However, I was still a little worried about this hotel. Fortunately, everything was great after arriving. The accommodation was very good, but there were only two elevators due to the large number of people staying, and there was no staircase as an alternative. However, the breakfast was rich and varied. Although the weather was affected by the typhoon for two consecutive days, it did not affect the BBQ and beer tasting held in the hotel. It was very warm and relaxing, with complete facilities and services. We had a great time.

This hotel is very family-friendly with children. Both the breakfast and the water park are excellent in Guam. The surf pool is great, and you can learn to surf. However, the hotel's pool and water park are currently undergoing renovations, so the facilities are still a bit lacking. Beach lovers might be a little disappointed. The sand isn't very white, and there's a lot of algae and plants growing on it. The Westin still has the best beaches in Guam. The parking lot entrance sign is obscured, so first-time visitors often have to circle around it.

We stayed for five nights, and the kids were coughing because the carpet was dusty. I requested an upgrade to a different room, but they only charged an extra $130 per night. I went back three times and was denied every time. I thought they'd accept my request since I was staying five nights, but that wasn't the case. If I'd known this would happen, I probably wouldn't have stayed five nights and would have gone somewhere else. The water park was under construction, and they didn't even notify us, so we only used it for one day. Anyway, I don't want to go back.

Suitable for families, the water park is more exciting than PIC and less crowded. There are artificial waves and you can surf. There are free snacks and performances three days a week, which is good.

Facilities: There is a parking garage underground, but the elevator is broken. So you have to drive the car to the lobby door on the first floor to put down your luggage, then drive the car to the basement and walk up the stairs. This method was told to me by an employee in the basement of a hotel. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is good and there are no cockroaches. Environment: The hotel's le premier dining area has a great view, but it is very crowded in the morning and the hotel's breakfast is not delicious. However, the pool parties at certain times of the week are highly recommended and you must come and experience them.

The breakfast had a wide variety and even though we stayed for two nights, the contents were different and we were very satisfied.

The location was a little inconvenient, but overall I was satisfied.

It was okay because it was a family trip. Good points: We could play in the pool as much as we wanted. The ocean view was also good. It was nice that they lent us snorkeling equipment for free. Characteristics: Most of the guests were Japanese. Bad points: Not clean. Not luxurious. Even though the bath had a view of the ocean, the bathtub was dirty. The window was also dirty and had a lot of water stains, so it didn't look nice. There were also many remnants of the old Onward hotel. For example, the sign inside the elevator was still Onward. There were many other places that still had the Onward name. Is this really okay for Hoshino Resorts? I was impressed. It was spacious but old, and completely different from the Westin and Tsubaki. Also, there was an incident where a swimsuit that was hanging in the bath was lost, and the housekeeper ended up taking it to the cleaning room along with the bath towels. I would never stay here if I didn't have children. I was disappointed, and the breakfast wasn't that good either. Tsubaki or Westin are definitely better!

Although the hotel is old, the staff took good care of us. Everyone was very welcoming. The water park was amazing. Our family left behind some great memories here.

It is not far from the airport, only about 5 kilometers, and the taxi from the airport to the hotel is 32 US dollars. The hotel lobby is quite satisfactory, and there is a water park for children to play. The hotel beach is good, and the sea water is clear. The hotel breakfast is also good. The room is not soundproofed well, and the sound of walking upstairs and talking next door can be heard. It is about a 13-minute walk, there is a large supermarket, and there is also a Chinese restaurant next to it, which is delicious.

There were not many restaurants open. There was a leak in the lobby. The refrigerator was not very cold. It was almost room temperature. However, the ocean view was beautiful and the staff was kind.

The hotel is very good. The view is perfect. The service staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it. You must stay in this hotel with children. Perfect. I will come again. Five points
